You will be better off at big box store. avoid the pitch not to register and they will take care of everything when you buy their warranty . I had issues with dishwasher and the wife said she would take care of, but after several call she handed me off to her husband. issue not resolved, he was very ar and combative. Definwould void.

I've been buying appliances solely from Greens for 5 years now. A plumber recommended them. He told me of the owner buying back an out of warranty item from an unhappy client. His reasoning was simply to keep the client happy. Their parts are all warrantied and from the manufacturer. There is a difference from the parts you get at Greens and the ones you get in the major stores such as Home Depot. Recently I purchased some appliances for a family member as a birthday surprise. On the delivery date, the weather wasn't promising but Greens made the delivery happen. Not only did they do that, they made all the efforts to keep the delivery under wraps. The icing on the cake was Greens making a huge print out birthday sign. They didn't have to do that but they did. That's why Greens is number one in my book. Family owned and operated, with genuine parts and the backing of a business who cares about its clients.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Our experience with the Green Family was amazing. Mrs. Green was amazing with helping us find a refrigerator for an odd size space without us ever stepping foot in their store. When we went to the store to finalize our purchase, Maddie Green was incredibly helpful- I felt absolutely zero pressure and she definitely knows the family business. Mr. Green delivered our appliances (I liked them so much we added a new stove and microwave) the very NEXT DAY! The installation was flawless and Mr. Green and the gentleman with him were meticulous. We will absolutely be recommending Green's to our friends and family! It also felt incredibly satisfying to buy from a family owned business. 💚

I was pleased with the knowledge of the staff in helping us to narrow down our choice. We bought the dryer on a Saturday and it was delivered Monday. The installers were very careful while removing the old unit and bringing in the new one as my front hall has a vey tight bend to it. The installer was very conscientious in making sure everything was done properly and took the time to wrap my rigid duct seams with heat resistant tape. Overall I was very pleased with the process from start to finish. The icing on the cake was Greens matching the lower website price for the unit after the purchase but before the delivery. It’s those kind of details which mean a great deal of satisfaction as a consumer.

They are very competitive on price and flexible if need be, but the real difference is the personal service. Al Green is very passionate about his business, his customers, and appliances. His shop won't steer you wrong or to the most expensive choices. he delivers quickly and on time, and his delivery guys do a good job without damaging anything on the way in. The appliance knowedge and delivery staff are really much better than Home Depot or Lowes who I have also used on occasion. I really recommend these guys - they may not have the fanciest showroom but they do a good job.

Because of built-in cabinetry in a small kitchen, we were limited in the size refrigerator we could fit into the available space. After shopping several big-name chain stores and becoming frustrated with the lack of knowledge the salespeople displayed, we stopped at Green's. The salesman was completely professional, understood our needs, and was able via computer to locate the exact model to suit our needs. The only problem arose when the refrigerator was delivered. The movers were unable to hook up the water supply and we would have had to pay an additional charge for someone else to come out and do that. Fortunately, my husband is handy and was able to do it himself.

Green's is an asset to our community. They are family owned and operated. Mrs. Green is the one who helped me pick out my refrigerator and she knows her stuff. You know when you buy from them, they care about you as a customer. You get personal time and attention and decent prices.

THEY TRIED TO TELL ME IT WASN'T COVERED UNDER MY SERVICE CONTRACT BUT IT WAS. I HAD TO ARGUE WITH THEM TO MAKE THEM REALIZE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A COVERED SERVICE. THEY DIDN'T AGREE WITH US ABOUT THE CONTRACT SO THEY DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT. THEY WANTED US TO PAY TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. ONCE THEY FINALLY REALIZED THAT IT WAS COVERED, THEY SENT SOMEBODY OVER RIGHT AWAY AND THEY FIXED IT.
