At last an honest man! Came around, after a little delay, to look at the problem. Admitted it was beyond what he could help with and gave me a reference to another service which could help. Would definitely consider for other tasks in the future.

When I initially called Erno Enterprises on a wednesday, Dale returned my call the same day. We played phone tag for the next couple of days (my fault) but when he called to arrange an appointment on Friday he arrived on time. He listened to what I had to say and he answered my many questions. He said that he would probably do the job the following Thursday but that he would need to look at his schedule and the other jobs he had going. I asked if he could let me know when, he said that he doesn't usually call back but that he would try. When I arrived home from work on Monday I was pleasantly surprised to see his equipment and crew working on my lawn. Sure enough he did leave a message on my answering machine that he was coming. Monday afternoon he removed the old sod and hauled several truckloads away. That evening new topsoil was delivered. Tuesday the topsoil was spread and raked. Wednesday I had someone working on my sprinkler system who noticed a and quot;low spotand quot; in a small area and pointed it out to me. I wouldn't have notice it. I left a voice mail to Dale in case I wasn't home when he did the hydroseeding. On Thursday he arrived and checked out the low area as well as the entire lawn. He then reraked the low spot and didn't seem offended that I mentioned it. I had some questions regarding my sprinkler system which I know had nothing to do with his job. He and his helper nicely went out of their way and time to explain and demonstrate to me what I needed to know. The hydroseed was applied Thursday afternoon and looks terrific. Dale and is crew are neat and clean up things well. I was given instructions in caring for my lovely new lawn. He was very patient and professional with my many questions and he takes pride in his work. My next door neighbor is going to hire him as well after seeing the nice job he did for me. I have no hesitation in giving him high marks.

Price was excellent and the owner is responsive. The quality of the job was fair for the price paid, however our desired standards were not met which can directly relate to the price paid. For someone who is just looking to have their grass cut and is looking for an economical contractor, this company would be a great fit.

Dale came to our home and gave us an estimate to replace our front lawn, our tree lawn, and our side lawn. His suggestions were well-considered and to our liking.He gave us a fair estimate to hydro-seed the areas mentioned and after the work was completed, he made several suggestions as to how to care for the new growth, watering, fertilizing, etc.. Everything is going very well. I would use his services again and I would highly recommend him.

Wonderful company, the owner Dale is a great guy who provides great services at affordable prices. There have been many times when he has done extra work for me and not charged. I have been a customer since November 2011. I use the company for weekly mowing ($35.00), mulch installation ($100.00), spring and fall clean ups ($75.00) and seasonal snow plowing( $300.00 for 5 month contarct). .

They do an excellent job. I am satisfied with their service. I do along the edges but they clean up everything completely. It really saves me a lot of time and work.

As luck would have it, there was so little snow all winter that Dale needed to came only once, he did, and that was that. I lost the bet, but that's OK, because hey - no snow! The kicker is that, instead of an invoice for the $100 balance due in February, I received a letter stating that since it had been such a mild winter, they would waive the remainder of what I owed them on our contract, and I hadn't even asked. How often do you see that?! All I have to say about doing business with Erno Enterprises is, and quot;Thank you! See you again next winter!and quot;

My overall experience with them was good. I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.
