They responded promptly after I called them and gave me an estimate that was significantly lower than the other estimate I got. They were thorough and efficient and cleaned up beautifully. I asked them to remove one tree completely but to leave the trimmed limbs from the other trees behind for firewood. They took it upon themselves to saw them up and stack them for me at no additional cost. Great customer service. I recommended them to a co-worker who also had a great experience.

I had a large Southern Oak tree which needed to be removed. Given the size of the tree and nearby electrical wires, I was very anxious about the job. Extremely talented crew. They were highly skilled, worked hard and worked as a team. I was amazed at their work. They removed the tree without using heavy equipment or downing the electrical wires, requirements presented by other tree service companies. They offered a very competitive price. A couple neighbors came over and were impressed with the job. They did what other tree services said could not be done. I was so impressed that I tipped each of the men.

These guys were very professional. They made steps on the tree stump for my grand son to climb on.

These guys are the most hard working guys I have seen if this world had more people like this working this world would be amazing very fast and safe and very professional I would highly recommend E&R tree services to anybody very good people. E R Tree is a very good company i had a large tree that had a lot of rot in it and in a manner of a few hrs tree was gone and stump ground out i will use them again in fact iam getting ready to give them another job do your self a favor and give E R a call you will be happy with their work

Excellent value and work was satisfactory to my needs

6 guys show up for one tree, and they showed up with NO LADDER!! They had to use my ladder and it only took them 15 minutes. Charged $350 cash or I could write a check with another $25 fee added. But to call yourself a tree service, and show up to trim said tree, but not have a ladder? What kind of company is this?

They were very professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again. I would also recommend this company to anyone.

Was able to schedule a trimming appointment very quickly. Upon arrival, the team was fast and efficient. Some limbs hung over a fence on the neighbors property. They cleared all the trimmed brush from my yard and the neighbors. No damage to anything including the fence and yard. Everyone was nice and respectful. Would definitely hire again.

Overall quality work but did not communicate well. Need more options for customers to pay because paying 90 dollars more for a check is excessive. Also, I had to reach out to them regarding late arrival of workers.

Very professional, from the time I made the appointment, to the reminder about the appointment, and they showed up within the specified timeframe. Got the job done quickly and the clean up was excellent.

They did a really great job taking the tree down but left about 50 feet of tree trunk next to my driveway. I was told they would pick it up the following day and the wood is still there. The prices are good but be sure the job is completed before paying anything.
