Empire Sealcoating

I setup an appointment and two weeks later they call that they will be there first thing in the morning. I moved my cars and boat out the way.They never showed up. Later in the afternoon, I receive a call from them its going to rain; we will schedule for the next day.(It never rain the day before but its understandable). Next day" No show". After a short call they tell me the office messed the paperwork up. No apology, only the following response "We won't be able to get to you until next week". I cancelled the job with them because of their lack of professionalism or lack of customer inconvenience.

Professional and quality job performed. The driveway looks great!

Empire was sealing three off my neighbor's driveways so I grabbed them and had them quote my driveway and then had them seal it the same day. They edged the driveway, collected the trimmings then blew the rest of the debris off the driveway with a huge blower. They cold filled the cracks...it wasn't the neatest job and they didn't do all of the cracks they said they were going to. They sealed the driveway using a spreading technique as opposed to a spray technique. They did a good job on the edges not to get it on the garage or walkway and the end of the driveway is neat. It was an acceptable job for an acceptable price.

They do a very professional job. They call ahead of time. They come and do what they ware supposed to do.

I was not pleased with them and I found them difficult to deal with. They were never on time though he told me that he could never get all of the people he needed together. I imagine that he charges the same as everyone else. I've noticed that his work is not holding up.

Very responsive to my phone call and scheduled earlier than I hoped. Very professional and very good job. Would recommend to anyone and will certainly use them again.

Left three courteous voice mail messages. Didn't have the courtesy to return a call.

I NEVER MET THE GUYS, THEY DID IT WHEN WE WERE AT WORK. THEY SET UP A DATE AND THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY DID THE WORK AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK. THE PRICE WAS VERY CHEAP IT WAS $100 FOR THE WHOLE DRIVEWAY.
