+ -1 moreIt went fantastic. I sent an email and immediately got a response from Nicholas. He said bring it in and they would fix it while I wait and provide new keys. I delivered the lockset and they rebuilt it for $30 and $3.95 per key. This lockset is a premium product that matches the handle set and is discontinued. They were extremely prompt, professional and reasonable. This made far more sense than jumping onto Amazon as we are all very quick to do. Thanks Nick!!
Description of Work: My Lifetime Weiser lockset would not operate properly and it took 10 minutes to get the key out. I needed the lockset rebuilt and new keys.

+ -1 moreAfter online search of the company website, I visited the showroom on Central Avenue to learn more about available products and prices. Company representative was willing to come to my house outside of regular business hours, to inspect current locks and offer various options and prices. Installation was scheduled at my convenience and price was exactly as estimated. Technician was courteous and professional. I rated price "fair" because I believe it was a fair price; that is, I am satisfied that I received good value for the price. I also purchased a computerized car ignition key for substantially less than price quoted by my car dealer. I am very satisfied with this locksmith and would not hesitate to use their service again.

Description of Work: I called them on a Monday morning asking to have my front door lock changed. Not only did they show up with 3 different models for me to choose from, they also brought a matching door handle. And I was not pressured to purchase the highest priced model. Service was friendly, efficient and best of all, they did a great job!

Description of Work: Bought a Yale Dead Bolt Lock #112 1/4" Price was $185.00 + sales tax found the same NEW lock on the Internet for $56.00-$82.00 (YALE 630112201562 part number) They have inventory pre-marked just for disparate customer who do not have the time to check prices.
