I've had several furnace related issues over the years and most of the experiences with other unnamed companies were not stellar, to say the least. Today Ryan Hanlon with Crisafulli Bros. was here to service the system we got from them a couple years ago. This young man was professional, personable, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. He is the type of employee that should be replicated and taken good care of by his employer because he is the type of employee that makes customers like me want to maintain a life long relationship with the company he works for. Excellent job Ryan. Thank you! Tom H.

They are very good to deal with. They have a good service. They were fantastic. Extremely neat, clean. There are no traces of what they did. All of the technicians are experts. They fix the problems and never had an issue with them.

Received a quote for the generator installation and called 3 weeks later to arrange for installation and was notified that the quoted price was no longer applicable due to Generac price increases and equipment shortages.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had a leak from our tub drain. After paying $89 for an initial visit, we were told that this was a “major” problem and would cost $1700 to fix. “Major” problem took less than 2 hours to fix, parts that I could get from Home Depot for less than $75, and I later found out included almost $300 to open up the ceiling when there is no ceiling in that part of our house to open! After a great deal of back and forth they admitted that the ceiling charge was inaccurate and refunded just that. But if I am generous and allow for $100 in materials, we still payed more than $600 per hour. Please, please do yourself a favor and find a plumber who isn’t looking to take advantage of home owners.

Called early morning and was able to get an appointment for someone to come in the afternoon. Jeff showed up in that time frame and we discussed the problem. The pump would not shut off, and I had unplugged it unless it was needed. I also mentioned the alarm system had been on continuously and was hoping he could fix that. The fix was going to be to replace the pump. Jeff got right to work taking out the old pump. He checked out the floats and alarm system and thought he could see why the alarm was not working properly. In addition to installing a new pump, he was able to fix the alarm.

Crisafulli Brothers de-winterized and repaired plumbing issues on our property to get it ready for closing. Less than a week later, I discovered that the pressure relief valve in the main water pipe which they replaced was leaking as this had been unproperly installed. I called them right away. After a couple of weeks of waiting, I was able get in contact with one of their managers. Their response was I needed to pay they over $500 for the service if I wanted their mistake fixed. I told them this was ridiculous as it was clearly an issue that had been caused (or left unfixed) by them on December 21. He stated that although there was a possibility that the job was not well done, labor warrantee is not transferable. That the bill was paid by the previous owner, and the warranty was voided when they sold the property. I told them that they even gave us written confirmation that everything was in working order. He said, “we can come out and repair, but it will not be under the warranty” Crisafulli claims their customer service is their priority. In my experience, you are their priority when they are taking your money and nothing goes wrong. Their customer service does not include standing by their workmanship. They don’t care about the quality of their work, because they can void labor warranties when there is it convenient to them. Crisafulli brothers knows how to make money. Incompletely fix things and say that they're fixed at extremely high rates for very poor service, and then charge time and a half to re-fix them. (Thanks Crisafulli brothers) I certainly wouldn't recommend using this company if they think so little of customers.

This is a very long review recounting my experience. I wrote this to give others the info I wish I had before choosing this or any vendor. Crisbos has a great rep. My experience may only be due to an unethical or incompetant sales rep or it may be systemic. Very hard to tell SO. I hope all the detail is helpful to you when you shop for HVAC contractor. . I have a very serious air quality problem I need to solve. After speaking to me at length, the solution necessary was provided to me by a nationally ranked institute/expert with whom I have worked and trust : the recommendation was an air to clean air exchange HVAC system. These systems do not clean the air in your house; rathet it exchanges (not mixes) air in your house with outside air that has been cleaned. Prior to talking with the expert, I had another contractor install a high grade Aprilaire HEPA filter which did a pretty good job but he was frank it might not resolve all issues due to age of the hvac system. With expert recommendations in hand, I shopped for a vender who could install the correct system. Most honestly told me they did not have significant experience installing such systems. . Crisafulli agreed to meet, noting they were experienced in this area. The sales person assigned to me, and after configuring an $11,000 sysyem, assured me the system being put in place would act as an air-to-clean air systems, and solve the problem. From the first evening installed to almost one year later, I have experience breathing problems and a daily carpet of fine dust left on my floors throughout my home. The Cris rep's first excuse was that my registers were not configured correctly, fixing the problem by jiggling the registers handles. Then in our final conversation, after several other visits or conversations, when I called to tell him the outside unit was slipping off the poorly configured slab, he said my windows probably caused the problem. During that conversation I asked if the filter(s) installed on the furnace were HEPA filters...he said no...because they were expensive, ---$300 plus.. and he noted the one he installed was just one level down from HEPA. ( I assume hehad forgotten he had told me the filter being installed was the best in the business,) At that point I realized he was either incompetant or a shister because if one is trying to solve a clean air problem, and was spending $11,000 to do so...why on earth would you not offer the best filters. Could he have chosen to downgrade the filter after I asked for a better quote..resulting in about a $350 savings...approximately.. I have no proof of that but I wonder. NOW, as I continue to have serious challenges, I have asked another vendor to thoughly check the entire installation for accuracy of configurations, connections, materials used, possibly remounting of the outdoor platform and more, and almost comically, for the price the installation of a hepa air filter.
