Description of Work: The supposed plumber was to install new shut offs and install new sinks and faucets ih a kitchen and a small 1/2 bath. He told me he couldn't do the shut offs when he arrived because he found them too inaccesable. He didn't do the upstairs 1/2 bath because he claimed he couldn't remove the old faucet. He left me with the sink upstairs unusable and the sink downstairs unfinished. I called in a "real plumber" who had the job performed in less than an hour. I would never use Crisafulli Bros. for any project because of the terrible service I received on this and the belligerent customer rep that I had to deal with when I complained about the inadequate work.

TERRIBLE!!!!!
Description of Work: Wanted filtered water. Faucet only dipped. Sink, cabinets, stove., dishwasher all one unit. Stove and dishwasher works ok. Unit was installed in 1960. The plumber, Noel , recut the pipe and put in an outdoor garden faucet. IT LOOKS AWFUL!!!!!!! I still don't have filtered water. Our water is very hard with Calcium and Iron built up. I am 66yrs and my husband is 70yrs. I have to go up and down stairs to the Master Bath to get water in the Britia pitcher. ( It doesn't fit under the garden faucet. I am very upset at the "work" that was done and also with Angie's List which I was told is one of the best! PS. My husband will never get a new kitchen! He has OCD . He was to get a new kitchen put in 35 yrs ago as part of the price reduction when we bought the house!

Response from Crisafulli Bros Plumbing & Heating Contractors Inc
The member called on 10/15/09 and requested a service call because she had no hot water to her kitchen faucet. We set up an appointment for the next day between 9-12. Our technician arrived at 10:18 the next morning and inspected the faucet. It was a 50 year old combo unit that included the sink refrigerator and cabinets, all in one assembly. Our Tech spoke with her husband and informed him that the faucet was not repairable. He then asked him to run a temporary line up so that they would at least have water until they could get a new kitchen in a few months. The Tech performed the work so that they would have water in the kitchen. He was presented with the bill, used his $20.00 Angie’s list coupon and paid us with a credit card. Just as our Tech was about to leave, the member came out and began yelling that he did a terrible job and was supposed to tell them that it could not be fixed just like the other plumbers had said so that she could get a new kitchen. She then said that now she will never get a new kitchen and began to argue with her husband. We provided the exact service requested of us by the member.
