IT WENT EXTREMELY WELL. THE MEN WHO INSTALLED THE TWO ITEMS WERE VERY COMPETENT AND THEIR ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS WAS OUTSTANDING. I USE THIS COMPANY FOR ALL MY CENTRAL HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING WORK AND I AM ALWAYS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THIS COMPANIES ATTENTION TO QUALITY WORK AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS SECOND TO NONE. THIS JOB REQUIRED LONG RUNS OF PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL WORK AND I STAYED TO OBSERVE THEM FOR THE ENTIRE INSTALLATION. I AM DELIGHTED WITH THE FINISHED INSTALLATION AND I LOVE MY NEW CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONER.

We had an electric stove and converted to gas. From the first phone call to schedule a visit for an estimate to the completion of the work, it was a pleasure to work with Crisafulli. They only use the black pipe for gas, which I like, and charge about the same as other companies do for the flexible pipe. Crisafulli kept in contact, letting us know when to expect their arrival, and completed the job quickly and with no issues. We'll be using Crisafulli again.

Had a leak under the upstairs toilet that was dripping slightly into basement. Crisafulli came when scheduled and replaced the wax ring. They also showed me where the flange was loose because the sub-floor had almost completely disintegrated. The toilet had been rocking because of this. The flange was secured, but I was told it was only a matter of time before the sub-floor would need to be repaired. It has been two months, and all is well. When it is time to repair the sub-floor, I will be using Crisafulli.

When they came to do the service today, they determined that there isn't any freon in the condenser. They want to charge us $125 for the first hour to come back and diagnose the leak and $95 every additional hour plus parts and labor to fix it. They should have fixed the condenser unit last summer when they came and we paid them over $400 for them to fill the unit at that time. Their "red carpet" service is a COMPLETE rip off and they won't repair anything at that time but charge for additional service calls, parts and labor.

My sewage ejector pump was not functioning correctly, so I called Crisafulli on a Thursday. They had replaced the motor 14 years ago, and since I plan to sell this house within a few years, I wanted a new pump (rather than fixing the old). They set up an appointment for Friday morning. Todd called to say he was on his way. He arrived around 10, we discussed the situation, he took measurements and he called his supplier. He asked the supplier if we should switch to a grinder pump, but we were told to stay with the ejector. Todd went and got the parts, including a new tank lid. After several hours of work, the pump is new and that area of the basement looks much better. The new lid and pvc pipes helped clean up the area. Todd was excellent at explaining the pump options and reinforcing what can and can't go down the drains. The price was reasonable for the work done, and I now do not have to worry about whether the pump is acting up down in the basement.

It was fine. They showed up quickly. They were professional. Everybody was having troubles with pipes that day so I was really grateful that they came so quickly. They were excellent.

Norm was excellent! He arrived and immediately checked the unit. He looked it over carefully and determined that it needed a new valve. He quickly and carefully replaced the valve, carefully sealed it. I asked if the unit needed replacing and he told me that he honestly believes it has more years in it. I asked if it should be drained and he took the time to drain it and show me how to do it again.

The provider was to install a sink and was unable to do so. He still charged for the call and left my the materials only partially connected. I went to another provider who installed it correctly. I complained of the service to office and received no satisfaction. I would never recommend this business to anyone but an enemy.

Overall, I'm pleased with him except for a couple of incidences here and there. Overall, the service is good. I hired him a couple of times. The workers were great too. I only had one issue with them. Generally the practice was the representative would give me a bid. I used to pay him all the time, whatever the amount was. I paid him and the final bill was not right. I had some billing issues with them, let's put it that way.

I arrived late in the afternoon after coming home from work, discovering my home was extremely cold and couldn't get my furnace to start. That day was especially cold outside as it has been ever since, so any Heating Repair Companies would be inundated with other calls. At first, I didn't know who to call right away, but thought about other friends of mine who have used Crisafulli Bros before and had given them a great recommendation. So I called them, and sure enough they were very busy, but went out of their way to make sure someone would arrive to check out the furnace and see if they could get it going for me. The service technician arrived no less than one hour (hard to believe with all of their other calls) and although we couldn't get it to work right away, we both knew it was a Control Panel, one which would be hard to find for that specific model. I was scared at that point, but Crisafulli came through. They were able to locate the parts, installed them within a half hour and my furnace started like she was brand new! I cannot thank Crisafulli Bros enough for their prompt response and being able to locate the parts needed for an older model furnace. This company went above and beyond what anyone else in their business would have done, especially during one of the coldest weeks of winter weather we first had. I cannot go into details how fair Crusafulli Bros was with me, but I can say, I doubt very much any other Heating/Furnace Repair Business would have done what Crisafulli had done with me, and to ensure that my furnace was up and running, they certainly went the extra mile so to speak, much more than what I ever expected. The service technician was knowledgeable of that specific model, which was a huge help, plus a pleasant - respectable guy to have in your home. As far as future business, all my heating and plumbing business will be with Crisafulli Bros! I highly recommend them for whatever your household needs are, they are prompt, accurate, and easy to deal with. They also have a warmer - friendlier home town touch! Thanks Crisafulli Bros!

I thought it would be a tough job. I had the kitchen remodeled a few years ago. When they did the plumbing they made it very difficult to reach the pipes. Brian Hockenberger managed to fix the pipe which I thought would be an impossible job. He explain to us what he was going to do and fix the problem. The price was excellent and the technician did an excellent job.

It was wonderful. They did what they said they were going to do. They also solved an issue other companies seemed to have trouble with.

They arrived at the time scheduled and removed the old system and then installed the system complete with new pvc piping for the new air intake/exhaust. They also installed the new thermostat, completed all paperwork for the financing, warranty, and National grid rebate for installing the new high efficiency equipment. There was a problem with the National Grid paperwork, but they are taking care of this issue and they did have to reroute some of the pvc piping due to having an access problem to something else and they were here the next day to fix it. I had several companies inspect the house and submit quotes and this company was very professional and called back to see if I had any questions after receiving their quote. I will use again.

The furnace has done very well for me. They cleaned up their work area. They are friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. They were professional. It was a reasonable price.

They were good. With regard to price, all plumbers are expensive.

I had hired a different plumber to install my dishwasher who then informed me after disconnecting a water line he could not install the dishwasher. I called Crisafulli Brothers that same day and he went out of his way to come finish the install the same day. After such a negative experience earlier that day with a different company, the level of professionalism from Crisfulli was outstanding! He had to fix the mistakes of the previous plumber without charging me anything else. Everyone in the company was very personable and sympathetic to my situation. Our job put them well beyond their normal working hours, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of the right way.

Very professional. It cost extra because they came on a Sunday, but they were here within an hour, and did a great, quick job. They seemed to really know what they were doing, and were courteous.

I found Crisafulli Brothers on Angie's list and contacted them to complete several jobs at my home. Dan Crisafulli came and gave me an estimate and suggestions on how I could fit a dishwasher in to my kitchen with as little "remodeling" as possible. We decided on a plan, and Dan sent me an estimate. I actually changed my mind and decided to go with what we had deemed "Plan B", which involved installing the dishwasher in a different place. I contacted Dan and told him. He had no problem revising the estimate and resubmitting it to me. We scheduled the work, and I went ahead and ordered my new appliances. Unfortunately, they were not going to arrive by our scheduled work date. Again, I had to contact Dan and now reschedule the work. Again, he was very pleasant and had no problem changing the work date. When the day finally came for the work to be done, a two man crew arrived first thing in the morning. They worked hard all day long. They installed the new hot water heater, the new plumbing, adjusted duct work, and tested everything to make sure it all worked. They showed me how everything worked as well. When they were done, my basement was cleaner than when they started! If I could remember their names, I'd give them a personal shout-out, but I'm sure that the folks at Crisafulli Brothers can check it out and make sure they get the word about how happy I was with the work. My new kitchen is great and I would use Crisafulli Brothers again any time without hesitation. Great to work with from beginning to end.

Dean came in and listened to me when I showed him where the problems were, and explained in detail what the repair plan was. During the repairs he found 2 others problems he fixed for a SMALL additional charge. Very professional, explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Dean cleaned up the areas he had been working in nicely before he left.

I was very pleased with them. My furnace worked fine. I would definitely give them A's on everything. I would recommend them. The workers were very good.

It was $60 or $70 an hour. We had used them in the past. We signed up Angie’s List, I looked them up and they had gotten a decent rating. The service depends on the technicians that we get. There are a couple of really fabulous technicians who really seem like they know what they’re doing and then there are a couple of guys that are a little less knowledgeable. It almost appeared as if they came ill prepared on one visit and then they got to bill for their travel time while they went to get the parts. If we know who the technicians are to ask for then it’s great but if we don’t, then it’s pretty disappointing. We haven’t had a tremendous amount of complaints. I thought the answers and the work I had done were worthwhile with fair prices, but my in-laws called them in with a problem about their furnace and the guy that came showed up without the appropriate parts to do the job, and he charged them travel time to go back to the office to get the parts they needed. So it ended up being pretty pricey for the work he had done. We had no issues at all with the two technicians that we dealt with. In our personal experience, we thought they were responsive. They got in when we needed them to get in. There were some other local companies that were telling us that they only come to this area one day a week and we would have to wait. They were perfect with punctuality.

They were very good and they solved our problem for us. They were excellent. They worked on it for two days. When the first guy couldn't solve the problem they sent another technician the following day and they worked as a team to solve the problem. Three other companies we hired did not solve the problem. The first technician came and worked very hard but we still didn't get any heat in our pool. They charged us over $400 so we called them and told them that it still wasn't working. They came back and they never charged us for the second visit. The man who came the second day was talking to the man at headquarters to try this and that. It was an excellent experience to watch them work together and we would highly recommend them. They even sent us a thank you note for using them and they sent a coupon off our next call should we have another problem.

Called Crisafulli because water was leaking through downstairs ceiling from indoor A/C part of unit. Response was quick and guy said it was low on freon, so added almost $100 of freon to unit outside. Guy was done in 20 minutes, when he left, said we were "good to go" A/C was running o.k. when he left. About an hour later, water began leaking through ceiling again. We called and left message with answering service. NO ONE CALLED BACK. $300.00 later, my A/C still cant be used and I don't know whats wrong with it. For $300.00 I would at least like to know whats wrong with it, much less get it fixed.
