Brian H arrived at the scheduled time. After looking at the pump, he listed the options and explained each. Based on my history with the pump and his recommendations, I opted for a new pump. Since this was an expensive fix and I had just purchased a furnace and a/c unit from them, he was able to keep the cost down by having someone deliver the new pump from the warehouse as he removed the old one. The job was done in 2 hours. When there was a problem with the alarm float and the pump 'switch' (causing the alarm to sound when the pump was working), he came back and made an adjustment.

On the scheduled day, 4 men spent 6 hours removing the old units and installing my new Lennox furnace and a/c unit. Everything was cleaned up inside and out. Filter maintenance and a/c cleaning were explained. The thermostat was daunting at first, and we could not set up the registration on the computer (I was able to do this after they left), but by the time they left, I did understand how to use it manually and how to program for the week. This was $ well spent - I am glad the different units were presented so I could make the best decision.

We are happy with them and we would recommend them.

They come out twice a year. I have a contract with them, and they are a little more expensive than others. The quality of service is excellent, and they are clean.

Crisafulli Bros did an excellent job in clearing and cleaning my plugged drain pipes. They came in the same day I called (within several hours in fact) and Michael the service man got the drains unplugged and cleaned out in less than an hour. I highly recommend Crisafulli Bros!

Excellent. Steve, the service technician, was professional and very pleasant. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. The company scheduled me for 9am to noon slot and they were prompt. I received service the same day I called, actually within about two hours. The price of the capacitor was a little high but a coupon knocked it down.

A guy came, we tore out a wall and he said, "Oh, it's a pipe underneath the bathtub and you can't get to it any other way other than ripping the bathtub out and if you rip the bathtub out, all your tiles are going to have to come out." I said, "Well, I'm going to get a second opinion," because I really didn't want a new bathroom. I got charged some $300 with the first guy and I got a wall ripped out and then I had to put it back. I called another provider. He comes in, looks in the shower, I show him how it's leaking, he looks at it for 5 minutes and he goes, "You've got some loose tile here. There is a fine little crack in the mortar. There is nothing wrong with your bathtub. It's just water getting behind the tile." He said, "You can fix the tile, you can probably do it yourself or what I would do is, take a shower curtain and just put it up against that wall." I put it up against the wall and sure enough, there is no leaking. He didn't even charge me. The guy was friendly, just didn't solve the problem. They're always very responsive. He was punctual.

The guy who came in and did the actual work was a nice guy. We was willing to do what I asked him to do and he did a good job. But at the same token that guy probably made two or three mistakes in the layout of the plumbing which caused me extra work to do. He came back and fixed what he could fix. I had them back in to redo some 2 x 4's and some framing he had already put in the bathroom to make up for what he did. He did good work for what he did but he did make a few mistakes.

They did good work. It was not a complex issue from a plumbing standpoint. The cost wasn't terrible. I was happy to have the job done. He came right away. He came when he was supposed to.

01/15 early morning, I get a phone call about an appointment, I told the person who called, please contact my contractor as he was the one to arrange the plumbing. I mentioned to the guy on the phone, the well filter needs to be plug in to a water hose before connecting to the main house, to get rid of the black ink inside the filter. Also, connect the well filter before the water filter. I'm away working, got back two weeks used the water no more sulfur smell, but noticed the water in the toilet black color. and the same from the bathroom water faucet. I thought it was a little strange, i walked to the basement and I noticed the well filter connected but the water filter disconnected. So Now after spending $878.31 I am going to have to hire another plumber to fix the problem this guy created. and I thought Crisafulli were professionals. I emailed back the guy who email me the invoice, I still haven't heard from anyone.

They turned off my thumb pump breaker. The brand new furnace was damaged. Took a week to fix my new five week old furnace.

Service provider was experienced and professional. Installation went smoothly and made sure area was clean before leaving. Would use this company again.

The provider, whose name I will not divulge, was the most professional, polite, and hard-working employee I have ever had the pleasure with which to work. He calmed me down during a most devastating time, and quickly did what needed to be done. He removed the old tank quickly and efficiently, and just as quickly installed the new one , ensuring everything was properly lined up, all the fittings were clean and properly sealed, fired up and tested the new tank. He even waited to see if the water was warming. All in all, if this gentleman is an example of all this company's employees I don't see any reason whatsoever to ever call anyone else for any future needs. In addition, their price was extremely competitive even during "after hours" or what most call "emergency or overtime" hours, AND they stuck to it. They have my full support and my future business.

Good. There was a slight problem on the bottom, being indented. Other than that, they were polite, courteous, and on time. I would use them again.

They hit my outside siding when they were installing the outdoor faucets.

I purchased a foreclosed home that had sat for awhile. Although the home had been winterized, water pipes do not take kindly to not having water flow through them constantly. The main water line developed a pretty solid, spraying leak the day before I was set to go away for the weekend. Not wanting to leave the house with a leaky main water line, I called Crisafulli in the morning, and they came that very same afternoon. They cut out part of the old leaky line, welded a new section on with a new shut off valve, and I was problem free in about an hour. Prompt, fast, and professional.

When we contacted six potential sources for doing the work, including fuel oil providers, none came close to the great customer service of Crisafulli Brothers. One other source provided a written estimate within two days. However, Crisafulli Brothers fixed the problem within six hours of my phone call to them. Nick was very polite and did excellent work. As he put it, the driving time to reach our home took longer than the work. The price/value received were excellent for us.

Dan Crisafuli did the estimate, was punctual and very profesional. I was under the impression he'd be performing the actual work but it was assigned to a contract plumber. He showed up late (about 20 minutes). He did a good job and was very nice if not a bit chatty. It took 4 hours for him to complete the work (which seemed long) and he didn't clean up after himself (woodshavings on the floor) but make sure I was comfortable with the hookup and understood how to turn the gas on and off at the valve.

They did an adequate job. The problem was solved.

I would not use this company! Over the past 8 years Crisafulli Bros, has installed 2 AO Smith power vent hot water heaters in our home. Each lasted less than 4 years. By their own admission these tanks should last 10 - 12 years. The second tank was covered under warranty, but I had to pay them $340 for the install. They wanted to install the same tank a third time and install an expansion tank. All for a mere $1900 on top of the $175 I paid them to tell me I needed a new tank. I should mention, my original tank lasted 15 years without an expansion tank. So this made no sense to me. This third tank was not covered under warranty because it dates back to initial install. I made the obvious complaint to the general manager that I should not be paying full price for a third installation in less than 8 years. He said I had a valid complaint and would contact the manufacturer. He never called me back. Day four without hot water and several unanswered voice mails later, I was able to get in contact with one of their other managers. She indicated the general manager said he would discount the $1900 to $1650. This discounted price ended up still higher than all the other quotes I received from other companies. I was incredulous they would not stand behind their work and at least meet me halfway. In the meantime, I contacted other companies. They all indicated it was unlikely the expansion tank was necessary and that something else was going on. We had a contractor come to the house. He looked things over and showed us that the install was the problem for this tank. He showed how water was able to leak between the insulation and the top cap of the outer tank and the water eventually reached the sensor and electronics. When I called to report to the manager that installation was the problem, she indicated she would let the general manger know. That's it... no other response or followup. Crisafulli claims their customer service is their priority. In my experience, you are their priority when they are taking your money and nothing goes wrong. Their customer service does not include standing by their workmanship.
