We are extremely satisfied with the service we received! Crisafulli Bros. worked very hard to understand our needs, and to find creative solutions for the challenges posed by this difficult project. They listened to us, and went out of their way to provide us with multiple options where possible. The work performed was very high quality! Crisafulli Bros. was very punctual, and kept a very neat work area. The end result is that we have an air conditioning system which is quiet and unobtrusive, Most importantly, we no longer fear hot weather! Our dog gives them the highest possible reviews as well!

Repair guy was there within an hour and had it fixed in another. They charge a low but fair weekend surcharge. Repair guy fixed it, cleaned up after himself, and very clearly and politely explained everything.

We have a maintenance contract with them. We really like them. They come in the spring and fall. They spend about an hour and go through your air conditioning system. They check everything like pressures, fluid levels and all sorts of stuff. We pay $260.00 a year for the 2 visits. They are very thorough. They don't try to sell you anything. They are honest. I find it is worth the money. They find whatever is wrong and they fix it. We had a discussion about the future of the system because it has the old style freon. We talked about how much longer we can go with that. We got good advice while not trying to sell anything. The fact that they take over an hour to check everything out. We had a similar contract with another company and they had a similar price.

It was a coincidence that he came on the same day as they came for our maintenance checkup. We had an HVAC technician in the morning and a plumber in the afternoon. We had a toilet that was leaking. Basically, inside the tank my wife puts those cleaning discs like Clorox cleaning discs to make the water nice and fresh. Those discs rot out the inside of the fittings and stuff. That cleared up that leak but we also check the other toilets. We have three bathrooms. He showed us where they were all damaged too. We had to replace all the fittings inside those toilets. They are very professional. They showed us and explained everything to us. He made us come and look at the other two. We checked them together. He let us see what he was saying, demonstrated. We were going to have a problem with the others too so he needed to do all 3 of them. Before they do any work, they access things and tell what they think needs to be done. How much it is going to cost and how long it is going to take. Then have you give the go ahead to do it. They are very good about it. Taking time to diagnose, explain, and let you tell them whether or not you want to do it

They are good. I haven't had a bed worker here, they all seem to know what they are doing.

I called today (on a Sunday) because my second floor toilet was leaking. My call was responded to within 20 minutes and the repairman was here an hour later. He completed the repair (for the amount I had budgeted for) and was gone within 3 hours of my call... Absoutely I will use them again (knock on wood)... The repairman was charming and professional! Thank you, Crisafulli Brothers!

Charged me about $400 to replace (5-7 minutes job) iComfort thermostat (under warranty from Lennox) After several discussions with Alan Ayers VP and repair manager reduced to $180

I actually called a few places but they came. What I have is the apartment has two hookups in the basement for a washer and dryer. The downstairs apartment already has a washer and dryer and the new tenants upstairs brought their own washer and dryer. They went to hook it up and there was clearly a problem with the pipe. The house is old, almost a 100 years old. So they came in, looked at the situation and made a suggestion that ended up saving me half of the cost of the estimate from another provider. They didn't even replace the pipe. They ended up cutting into it so that they could clean it out. They actually put an access to it so I can do additional cleaning if I ever need to. Then they got the flow back correctly. They were able to fix it and fix it for half the cost that I had gotten from previous estimates. He just charged me basically for time and materials. One of the things I liked about them was he didn't charge me a fee just for showing up. He did a good job and was very communicative. I was looking at over $800 from the estimate before that. The other company said they would have to remove and replace the entire pipe. That could have been a lot of problems. I haven't had any more complaints from the tenants. I actually had another incident where I didn't use them and I regret not using them.

Crisafulli was here within 45 minutes. WOW! Dean was super personable and well educated in his field. Had a new water heater installed in the click of your fingers. Dean made the experience a hoot. He grew up where my parents did and I got to her all these interesting stories.......LOL I would definitely recommend Crisafulli. They are clean, promt, well educated and just down right fun and comical. Definitely wasn't that painful getting the bill, Dean went thru all the options I had and explained fully and answered any questions we had.

It was sketchy when the delivery of the appliances would be and the guy said look just call me when they are here and I will come right out. These guys come out. They are happy to work with you. There is a fee for them to come out, but they don't try to up-charge you.

Drain fix was fine. The problem is with their billing department. For one, they finally put the charge through on my checking account about a month after the service was done. It was done in mid Feb and finally came out of my account on 3/4. Not that I cared that much about it although I think you should be moderately responsible about your accounting matter. What really did it for me is now on 3/10, I get an invoice from these morons dated 3/6 telling me that my account is past due for that amount that was deducted 3/4. Are you serious? Is it everyone in billings first day? We have used some other companies in the area for plumbing needs and just decided to give these guys a try, needless to say we will never do business with them again. Pathetic, word of warning, keep and eye on your account with these guys, they are swindlers.

It went very well. Really happy with the person who did the work and the professionalism of Crisafulli Brothers. Extremely happy with them. Will hire them again in the future.

Technician really went over the furnace, replaced parts, and got it working without the pipes sounding like they did before with the continuous knocking. The furnace was back to responding like it should.

They were very efficient, went smoothly.

The work went very well. The technician was very professional and performed excellent work. A real quality job.

They were awful. They did not show up for work for a couple of weeks. They would stop the job. It's been horrible. They did a wrong assessment for the cost of the work. They didn't show up telling us they were over booked for other work. They didn't show up until 3 weeks after the installation to repair it. They did a major mistake in the installation. It was very noisy, we would wake up in the night from the sound. We recorded it and sent it back and they could not figure it out until the third week. Every 2-3 weeks we would have a leak from the installation that they did. Eventually they came to repair the leak.

The fellow they sent to provide the estimate was friendly but spent nearly the entire time he was in our basement and home taking and making calls regarding service that was being done at another customer's house. Seeing as the quote was simply the unit and labor, I would expect that he could have dedicated 5 minutes of attention to assess and write the quote for us. The number he came up with with more than 3 times the cost of the provider we ended up going with too.

Went great! They came up with a great idea and solution the required a minimal amount of work without risking the existing old pipe.

Everything went smoothly, no complaints.

All went well; also replaced drainage hardwared as they were pitted. I was impressed at the professionalism I observed. It was obvious that the rtechnician was well versed in his craft.

Called for service on a Monday and scheduled an appointment for that Friday 8 am. Arrived exactly on time. Was very experienced and knowledgeable. He removed both bathroom sinks, cleaned the gunk that was on the 40 year old vanity top and reglued/caulked the sinks down (they were literally not even secured to vanity top anymore) I didn't even know that would be part of the service. The old bathroom looks so good now and is functional once again! Thank you!! Nice to have a new working toilet that is the comfort height size too! We supplied the new fixtures ourselves (at crisafullis suggestion)from the local home store.

Initially the service was for the installation for the AC unit. But once they took the furnace apart they found cracks in the head exchanger. We talked to the sales person and decided to install a new high efficiency furnace because the rebates would bring down the price close to a mid. We asked for the information to submit for the rebates and warranty and were told they take care of that. Its been 4 months and still no rebate or warranty confirmation. We have tried contact the sales person several times and always tells us that he is not in the office and doesn't have the information in front of him. But never calls back when he is in the office. Overall I am very happy with the installation and the product, but I feel cheated by the sale. Never received any rebates or confirmation of the extended warranty by combining both products.

I was able to find another plumber.

It went very well. Our furnace and AC were 18 years old and approaching the end of their operating life. We replaced the units with high efficiency equipment that runs cheaper and quieter.
