Description of Work: Company sent someone over, as a courtesy, to tarp my roof after the tornado caused a massive tree to fall on my roof. Was very much appreciated. They also gave me an estimate for a roof replacement and was very punctual and estimate was detailed. Representative was very professional. Unfortunately I found their estimate to be more than my insurance company would allow so I decided to go with another contractor.

Description of Work: Jordan from Compass Contracting helped us put in an insurance roof claim since we had hail damage present from the severe storms that had hit the northeast within the last two years. He was with us every step of the way, from when we called to submit the claim, as well as while it was pending. Jordan explained the process, which would have been frustrating and confusing had we done it ourselves. Compass contracting takes no money from clients, but rather uses whatever money the insurance companies dole out for the work. The only money that was going to be paid by us was the insurance deductible.
