Description of Work: We needed a small deck, we also had our house sided & new gutters installed. They did a great job!

Description of Work: Replaced 12 windows and 1 sliding glass door (all with triple pane glass).

Description of Work: they took out all the junk from the attic including all old rolled insulation and made room to blow in 15 inches of attic insulation. They also made a 2 inch foam hatch cover above the attic access ladder | |Job was done in 05/2011...

Description of Work: huge sales pitch. 2 hour waste of my time when I only wanted an estimate. ridiculous that they offer "retail price" , price if paid in XX number of days, price if paid in cash and oh yeah, we can throw an extra 5% off today. A job costs what it costs, just be straight about it. they have a good product, they should just cut out the runaround.

Description of Work: Replacement windows installed in upstairs of town home.Previously used them to install windows and doors last year as well. Overall, project went well both times. Cleanup on the second installation was not as good as the first, but certainly not a deal breaker.

Description of Work: Removed old aluminum patio sliding door and installed new (8 ft). Went well. Only complaint is that estimate was for three glass panels but had to settle for two due to factory issues with 8 ft door.

Description of Work: The salesman was very nice and prompt. We did not like the sales practice of trying to convince us that if we financed for 5 years we were doing it at 0% rate but it was a different price. Now the salesman did say it costs money to finance which we understand but basically it boils down to them not wanting to tell us what their financing is going to cost us. At a rough estimate it would be about a 18-20% interest rate to finance for the 5 years. So while they didn't "lie" we felt uncomfortable with that business practice, what other hidden charges might we come across???

Description of Work: Comfort replaced all the windows, front door, garage door, and sliding patio door in my home. They were fast, efficient,punctual and over all did a great job. I like the fact that the windows were made by them, to order. An I most certainly would recommend them and use their services again.
