+ -1 moreTHEY DID A FINE JOB. THERE WERE NO GLITCHES IN WHAT HAPPENED. IT WAS A NORMAL REPAIR SERVICE VISIT. THEY HAD THE PARTS, EVERYTHING WAS THERE, THEY DID THEIR JOB AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE.
Description of Work: THERE WAS A DEFECT ON THE OVEN DOOR, IT WOULDN'T SHUT PROPERLY.

+ -1 moreI HAVE NOT HAD ANY TROUBLES WITH THEM. THE WORK WAS FINE, BUT I DID GET MIXED UP WHEN I WAS TALKING TO THE RECORDINGS WHEN I CALLED, THERE'S NO WAY TO GET THROUGH TO THEM. THEY NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST A COUPLE OF LIVE PEOPLE AVAILABLE WHEN YOU CALL. THEY HAVE DONE GOOD WORK THOUGH SO I GUESS I CAN LOOK PASS THAT.
Description of Work: THIS YEAR THEY FIXED ALL FOUR BURNERS ON MY GAS STOVE.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE RELIABLE AND THEY SEND PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH FOR THE REPAIR BUT THEY'RE GOOD AND THE DOOR WORKS FINE. ALL OF THE COLD AIR WAS LEAKING OUT AND I NOTICED IT BECAUSE OUR DRINKS WERE TAKING SO LONG TO GET COLD. THEY WERE ABLE TO RE-GLUE THE RUBBER STRIP TIGHTER AND IT WORKS BETTER NOW.
Description of Work: THE SEAL IN THE REFRIGERATOR DOOR WAS FIXED.
