Terrible. Do not use this company. I had such a bad customer experience that I am actually taking the time to warn people. They act like they care but they do not. I am an established and respected professional and this company was not professional. They communication from the beginning was lacking. Their customer service was a bad experience. My rep took a vacation right after our first meeting and did not inform me. The rep was then insulted when I pointed out they forgot what was discussed during that meeting. The rep mostly texted claiming to always be busy instead of having a dialogue on the phone after the first in-person meeting. I am new to rehabbing a home so communication and caring about a client is important. The rep showed up on site to discuss one area that they never covered in the original contract. My business partner and I found that we needed to discuss possible SMALL change on the first day that had not been discussed thoroughly. The small change was securing gaps to a SMALL section of the original siding where gaps needed to be sealed . They wanted to fill the gaps with fiberglass that could get wet through the gaps of the historic house siding. They literally told me they could not handle our expectations after we waited three weeks for the job to begin. The rep was a bully and pulled the spray foam workers off the job on the first day even though they already started the job. Because she was interrupted during a conversation, the rep claimed they could not handle our expectations. When I tried to speak with the owner about the experience he simply said "sorry" and back up his bully of a rep. This was all after I waited for my rep to come back from vacation that I was not told was being taken. I had been patient with getting the job started. It was a frustrating experience and I would NEVER recommend this company.

Sales lady come to measure and give quote. I pointed out some small spaces where corners of wall met exterior of house and edge of subfloor, that needed insulation. I was told by sales lady that cans of open cell foam would have to be used, in these narrow spaces. She said crew would bring cans of open cell foam, that would have to be done, before 3 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed in between studs, on rest of wall. I accepted the quote and they were able to schedule my job, very quickly. Crew arrived on time, but did not have cans of open cell foam on truck. They called main office, and waited for someone to bring them. In the meantime, they stapled plastic over windows and archway leading to rest of kitchen, and began to spray closed cell foam. I was outside, watching through kitchen window. When spraying was finished and cured, worker began to grind down high spots, with power tool. Not long after starting grinding, worker caught the grinding tool on plastic sheeting of archway, ripping it off the wall and seizing up the grinder! It took him 45 minutes to remove plastic, stuck around grinder and staple new plastic over archway. Grinding produced small pieces that fell into edge of subfloor. Cans of open cell foam were delivered and used. Problem was, that they did not clean out grinded pieces from edge of subfloor, and only sprayed edge of subfloor, where grinded pieces had not fallen! They had packed up most of their equipment, by the time they let me into the house. I did not notice the problem with subfloor until after they left. They attempted to clean up grinding mess with just a broom and dustpan. Did not do a good job. You would think they would use a vacuum. They left many, many staples in wood around windows and archway. It took me quite a while to remove them all and vacuum out loose material from edge of subfloor. Had to buy my own can of open cell foam, to fill all the places they missed on edge of subfloor. Also, there were several places, between studs, that only had about 1.5 inches of foam. I guess that, because my job was pretty small, I did not get a very experienced crew. Best crews probably go to the big jobs.

All the work was completed in one day the crew was very friendly and took the time to explain what was going to happen. Even apologized about having to run a small compressor in the house. After all the work was completed they cleaned up including vacuuming all areas they had been. Swept the drive way of any debris and thanked me for the business. All in all a great experience and would recommend them for your insulating needs.
