They did a fantastic job of creating the shed that I wanted, and the person who did the delivery was absolutely amazing at getting the shed into a very tight area. If I had written the review at that point I would have given them the highest marks across the board. However, within a week of the delivery one of the pieces of siding started to come off the side of the shed, allowing rain to get between the siding and the wood. I called immediately to let them know, and they said that they would try to get someone out to the house to fix it later in the week. This didn't happen, so I called again at the beginning of the next week, and was again assured that they would get someone out to fix it "when they were in the area". They didn't show up that week, so I again called on the following week. By that point the piece of siding had completely come off of the shed on one side. This time I insisted that they come and repair the shed. The person that I talked to seemed surprised that I was not willing to wait longer, telling me that ordinarily when they had a problem like this it was not unusual for the customer to patiently wait a month or more! Finally, 17 days after I first reported the problem, someone came to fix the siding. He, however, didn't have all the tools necessary to fix the problem - luckily we had the tool he needed so that the repair could be made. Because of this problem and the complete lack of concern that they had delivered a defective product, I have downgraded the rating for responsiveness and professionalism.

They were very responsive to my initial inquiry, provided me with a quote quickly and fit me into their schedule quickly. I had to cancel the swing set move, but I would certainly call on them again.

Tom (owner) came to my home, at my convience, to go over shed styles, siding, extras, etc. Very pleasant to work with and did not push his inventory on me, but discussed what I wanted. Kept in contact with me as to when the shed would be done and a delivery date. Shed was built and delivered in less than two weeks and it is AWESOME!!! The gentleman who delivered the shed, Jack, was great at his job. My kids LOVED watching him menuver the shed on his truck and he was very patient (both with all their questions and the job he had) and always happy about his job, even when the area he had to put it in was dificult. It wound up being a 3 hour job!!! This is a GREAT company, reliable, friendly, accommodating, and an all around joy to work with. I would definately use them again and refer them to friends and family.

It all went very smoothly. They are great to work with. No pressure to upgrade or buy options you don't want. They build their own sheds and they are very well built. Pressure treated lumber on skids and floor. Delivery was on time and they placed the shed exactly where I wanted it.

The quality of the shed is excellent. Jack, the person that made the delivery, was able to place the shed in a somewhat challenging area with ease and leveled it perfectly. To my surprise, no tree limbs or branches were cut and the yard was not torn up. The sales team is friendly and take the time to answer all questions and explain all details. I like the fact that they build the sheds locally and you can visit the manufacturing facility. Since they build locally, they can offer a wide selection of options. They also offer free releveling, which should come in handy after winter. If there is a negative, it seems that they are a bit disorganized. For example, I called to check the status of the shed and discovered that they were going to put the wrong color vinyl siding on; it was just a mix up from an earlier copy of the paperwork that they had. Also, they neglected to give Jack the right directions to my home, so he got lost on the day of the delivery. It appears that they stick to paper copies of their documents, instead of being computerized. Overall, solid company, great craftsmanship and no real complaints. You just might need to practice a little patience with them. I am very satisfied with my shed and I would recommend them to others.

Fantastic!! From the time I walked in to the installation, everybody was great to work with. They did not try to sell me the most expensive set on he market, but rather worked with me to find a set that would work best in the space I had. Scheduling the install was easy and they were very flexible regarding day and time. In reviewing other sets online from large stores, reviews always stated that they were very difficult and time consuming to put together yourself. CSand G only charged $99 for install - totally worth it; I would have paid twice that! The set was installed in about 4 hours and was ready to go.

Overall it went very well. They manufacture sheds to order. You have a wide variety of finishes, colors, materials, sizes & designs to choose from. I was able to nearly match the vinyl siding on my house & the shutters nearly matched my house trim colors. You can order extra windows where you want them, an extra loft if desired, a heavy duty floor if needed & choose the size of entry doors. Very flexible. The quality of the work was above average although with some imperfections. They completed the shed on the promised date & installed in when scheduled. They forgot to install a code required anchor but fixed the problem with a phone call. My only quibble was the installation crew. They naturally have to cross a lawn to install the shed & you must sign a release for damage. OK with me. But, they did, unnecessarily, make more movements with the delivery truck than required. The result was more damage to the lawn than needed. They could have backed once then used their very effective & not very difficult final positioning system to place the shed. In my opinion they were more concerned with minimizing their work than minimizing the damage to my lawn. But, I'll get over it.

We went to pick a shed from their inventor. They custom-built the shed for us. They delivered it to our house. The only problem was the rain, but they were very good at working around it. We had to reschedule three times because of the rain but they were on time every time. I would use them again but I do expect the shed to last.

THEY HAD A GOOD RESPONSE TIME, WERE PUNCTUAL AND WERE EVERYTHING I COULD ASK FOR. THE QUALITY THAT I GOT FOR THE PRICE WAS AVERAGE. THEIR PROFESSIONAL WAS GOOD BECAUSE THEY DID WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY GUARANTEED THEIR SHEDS. THEY ARE LOCAL AND THEY HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION. THEY HAVE A GOOD WARRANTY. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR A FUTURE JOB.
