He squeezed the power cord of the tredmill between it & the fireplace stone & asked me, while looking at it, if tredmill should be up against the fireplace. Never attempted to move it. I didn't see it till after he was gone, now afraid to use it.

They were wonderful but kept me waiting for an hour and a half after scheduled appointment. No one called to say they were going to be late I had to call them.

The staff in the office an on site were pleasant, efficient, flexible and provided high quality work. They offered an attractive discount price since bI was a first time customer. They booked an appointment for the very next day after I called even though I wasn't in a hurry to get the work done. I later requested, and they gladly provided carpet cleaning service in addition to my original upholstery cleaning work. The job was completed much faster than expected. They're even coming back to clean the 4 matching pillows that we all forgot about. I will recommend them to others and do business with them again.
