They performed a very professional installation of a central vacuum system. My wife loves it.

I had my carpets cleaned by Capital Vacuum. What prompted the call was an Oriental wool rug we had that our dog took a "liking" too. On the first visit all the carpets came out great except for the wool. When informed of our dissatisfaction, Capital Vac was ready to do the job again and make sure we were happy with our experience. The rug came out perfectly. Customer service was excellent throughout. They really did a nice job.

Great experience. They were quick, clean, knowledgable, and nice. The price was the best I'd been quoted, too.

i have already used them twice

Did a horrible job. Sent a kid to do the job telling me how experienced he was. He didn't complete the job and when I complained he told me he was a kid who probably wanted to leave early as it was a Saturday. They didn't the job. Used such high powered force to clean the tile that the grout between the tiles came out and then blamed it on the tiles being dirty. What nonsence. I continued to complain asking that the job be done. They never finished the job and a month later dropped off 1/2 filled bottles of solution for me to clean myself. I never would have paid them, but my husband gave them the check before I got home.

Right on time . . . worked quickly and thoroughly . . . quote equaled actual cost . . . furniture and carpet were exceptionally well cleaned . . . technician was friendly and focused on the job to be completed . . . overall an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this service provider.

Had an appt. set up for them to come on 08/29/09 between 12-1pm. Called them at 1:15pm when they hadn't showed. Person stated the van broke down. Well they could have called. When I called them back to tell them nevermind about setting up another appt. he said fine and hung up on me. Not a professional business at all and would NOT recommend them to anyone for service.

My experience with Capital Vacuums was excellent. We used them for upholstery and vinyl cleaning in a high end restaurant. The communication with John was excellent, as well as his work. He is professional and courteous. I will be calling on Capital Vacuums again and I highly recommend them to others.
