The carpet and the furniture is still wet after 5 days. I have called numerous times and received no response. The owner of the business was not aware of the service I got. When he finally found out, he rectified my problems and came back and recleaned some of the hood and also rebuilt our kirby vacumn. I am having them back to clean our church rug as soon as the contractors are done installing a extra room.
