Capital Vacuums

Someone from Capital Vacuums called me immediately. Lexington Vac returned my call 5 days later. The owner and technician are knowledgable about central vac systems they sell and systems they don't sell. The showroom has a central vac model you can test drive. It took one week for the central vac parts to arrive and less than 24 hours later the technician was at the house to install. They kept the house clean while changing out the old vac and installing the new one. The owner gave me a 10 year warranty on the central vac, 10 years on the power head and free installation. I highly recommend Capital Vacuum.

I worked with two people at Capital Vacuums and both were extremely professional and polite. They were VERY prompt and did an excellent job. The rug I had to have cleaned was a 13' in diameter wool, hand-braided rug that was both heavy and greatly in need of cleaning. It looked beautiful when done. I had grout cleaning and sealing. My floors looked pretty bad and I had some doubt it would look new again. I was wrong!! My floors look like brand new. I would definitely recommend this company for this purpose.

I had some bad and old stains on the carpet and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the professional took his time and care and did remove 99% of the stain. The carpet looks new!

They were quick to respond and able to meet my time frame. I asked them to also clean a couch and they charged an extra $65. The couch, however did not come clean so I asked for a refund of the 65.00, but they refused. Other than that it was a good job.

Excellent cleaning job on two wool area rugs.

They were prompt to respond. Honest and dependable. They completely got the odor and stain of cat urine out of a tapestry sofa. The service man was informative, pleasant, and courteous and extremely kind toward my elderly parents. He answered ALL of their questions probably 10 times over and responded as if they asked the question for the first time. The couch looks new. Awesome work. I would recommend them and I am very critical when rating companies.

Great job, we had stairs, hallway and 2 bedrooms, we have a cat and dog, so there was alot of fur. He first vacuumed and then cleaned, could not believe the difference. Great job, well worth the money. Slight discrepancy in estimate given over phone, but great service

They sent a tech out and I was not not satisfied with the job he did. I called their office and they sent another tech free of charge and the 2nd time, my furniture came out amazing! Great job and great customer service!

I asked the employee if the rugs were cleanable in the present state and was told yes. I must say that I am not satisfied with the end result of how clean they are now, especially the stairs. The service person told me that stairs after a while can only be cleaned so much and that was the best he could do. That is not what I had in mind when I hired this service. No funiture was moved or anything moved as far as I could see. Not even light items. Just cleaned where he could get to with moving anything. Not acceptable.
