Very knowledgeable and friendly.Had my area rug cleaned there and they were prompt in getting it done. Even carried it to my car.

We have a large 200 year old home with 10 hot air registers and 3 cold air registers, with some of registers located in the 9 feet high ceilings. The duct work had not been cleaned since it was installed 4 decades ago. We preferred a system that would vent into a truck located outside, instead of machinery that would be brought into our house. Brian was professional, and friendly. He listened to how we felt the job needed to be done and was willing to accommodate our particular needs. We are confident that he was thorough and our duct work is clean!

The serviceman was great. He got the stains out that had been there for who knows how long, and finished the job in good time. I would hire them again.

Good job fair price

I received a call immediately, they were very professional, and offered a good price for their service. They picked up my rugs the same day and had them back to me within two days. Very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them.

Velvet chairs will have to be recovered The skirt of a couch still shows some stains. A wingback chair still has spots. Brice did explain some problems before hand but certainly did not tell me in advance that the 7 velvet chairs would be in such awful condition that they would have to be recovered..

Good experience, professional attitude, good work ethic, cleaned up. We couldn't ask for more. The price was a little bet on the high side considering the 3 rooms that were cleaned had furniture in them but the job was completed to our overall satisfaction.

I had them clean a large amount of tile and also seal it. I would rate the results as fair to good, not great. I also had them clean carpets in 3 rooms. That job was a total waste of money. There were still pieces of dirt under the dining room table. Chairs weren't even moved. Light stains in the living room and bedroom didn't look like they were touched. Thje sale person estimated the job would take between 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 hours. He was gone in less than 1-1/2 hours

The carpet professional that i dealt with was very pleasant, explained the process and assured me he would do the best he could, and he did. Very pleased with the service.

Courteous, thorough, timely, competitively priced, concerned about quality of job & will go the "extra mile" (after doing my stairs with equipment, the Rep then redid the entire stairs by hand)...did stairs, landing at top, & 2 ave. sized rooms for price etc indicated herein

Never having a sevice like this done before, I would say the job was done well. All of my questions were answered and my conceres were addressed.

I was really suprise that Capital Vacuums was very prompt with responding to my email through Service Magic. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and other associates. Brice did a very good job cleaning the furniture. He was on time, actually early. He was very patient while we moved all the furniture into one room. Clean up was excellent, no wet floors.
