Previously, did business with Stanley Steemer: I had an emergency and Stanley Steemer couldn't get to my house until the next week. I contacted this website who connected me with Capital Vacuums. They came right out, did a fantastic job and the cost was 2/3 of what Stanley Steemer charged. Also, I received a follow up call to make sure that I was satisfied with the service!

If I could rate less than 1 star I would...toilets were still dirty fridge was nasty still cabinets were awful. Get the maids I he they come they were Great finished their job.. Don't waste your money on these guys....when we said we thought they didn't do a good job they scolded us and said pay full price anyway stay far far away... Do it yourself rather than pay for this nonsense

Maryellen was very nice over the phone and staff was pleasant to deal with in person.

Maryellen was wonderful. She is a hard worker and worked constantly for 4 hours. She cleaned the black off the wooden floors and they looked brand new. Pleasant attitude. She is a keeper

Steve called ahead to confirm arrival time. He was very professional, courteous, and takes pride in his work. He did a great job cleaning my carpets. A little expensive, but I would hire them again.

I have waited a few months to write this review. I have been so upset over the job they did on my carpet I wasn't sure what to write. I delivered my carpet to them. They said it would be ready in a few days, I waited for 6 days and called. They said it was ready but forgot to call. I said I would pick it up the next day, they said to wait until after 4pm. Picking up the rug they carried it to my truck. When I got home the rug was soaking wet. I called and the man pretended to be amazed blaming it on the vender he hired to clean the rug. I assumed they did the cleaning themselves and was not told otherwise. He said he would pick it up and have his best cleaner clean it again. A couple of days later he returned the rug. I should have unfolded the rug. What a wasted of money. It did not look any different then when he first took I to them.. All the stains were still there. It is a 100% wool carpet and you could see they did not clean it the way that kind of rug should be cleaned. Now a few months later the rug is falling apart and it is embarrassing to have this rug on my floor. I probably should have called and complained again but what good would it do. Just needed to vent about this horrible job.

Very courteous. I moved most of the furniture before he came, but the heavy stuff he moved as well. He worked on the traffic patterns to a great outcome.

The first time the employee came, I was not very satisfied. The owner contacted me and he rectified the situation.Very satisfied now.

They bungled the scheduling by not communicating with the cleaner so he did not arrive until 6pm although the original time was 9-10am. He did adjust the price a bit for the inconvenience.
