I just finished 2 bathroom renovations and the house was covered in dust. I hired Capital Vacuums to do a post-construction cleaning and they did a fabulous jot. They came with 4 people and left my house looking great. I would definitely hire them again.

They did a great job cleaning my kitchen tile and grout as well as the bathroom floors and shower. In addition they did our hardwood floors. I had they do the work to surprise my wife away on vacation and she was delighted when she returned. David, Brian and Garrett did a great job and done quickly.

The project was top of the line. They showed up on time, and kept me informed throughout the project. When finished I was called and did the walk through. Wow what a beautiful job!

This was a one time job to clean a vacant home being put on the market. The garage was the focus of the project. The previous owner smoked in the garage, so it needed major cleaning. Mary Ellen and her team did a GREAT job of cleaning everything to eliminate the smell, they even washed the floor. I would highly recommend them for any cleaning project. They were professional in EVERY way. I will certainly call them again for my next Real Estate cleaning project.

The job was a one time major cleaning of a vacated house being prepared to be put on the market to sell. Vacuum/wash ceilings, walls, floors, carpets, windows, kitchen, appliances.... bathrooms, everything. Capital Vacuum provided the exact services we were looking for. Mary Ellen takes great pride in the quality of her work. She many times reminded us to let her know of anything that did not meet our expectations and she would take care of it. Was a quality job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Mary Ellen, her crew, and Capital Vacuum to anyone.

Terrible communications between staff. Told me they would be at our home at 8:00am...they didn't show up.(was told later that the 8:00am time was incorrect anyways!) Called 3 times before I got someone to answer my questions. Then found out employees who were suppose to work, wouldn't because they worked all night on a emergency call. Supervisor didn't bother to answer their phone call telling him they wouldn't be in the next day. Someone did show up at 2:00pm.....did a good job and still got charged for a minimum service call. I am a senior and certainly did not need repeated phone calls or the frustration. I finally got the job done as I told the supervisor we are caregivers and this was the only day I had for this to be done.
