I was way more than pleased with my entire experience with Capital Vacuums. My previous carpet/furniture cleaner retired and he was EXCELLENT so I had high expectations - which were met. The initial response to my call was quick, friendly and professional. David, the cleaner, was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. I had carpets and furniture cleaned and tile floor steam cleaned and grout sealed. I could not be happier with the results. I will be hiring them in January to do my mother's needs. An added bonus is that it is a great value for the price.

The person who came was professional and friendly at the same time. It only took an hour to do my living room and stairs. It did take almost 24 hours to dry. It would be best to do on a warmer day when windows could be open.

Responded quickly and were very accommodating in setting up an appointment around my busy work schedule. Had shower and tub area tiles and grout cleaned. Looks like new again. Dave was professional and explained exactly what he was doing and why. Very happy with overal experience.

I have had a lot more wall to wall area done before for less money, so I think they are a little high priced. This was just stairs and around furniture in bedrooms. But they did come out really well.

Excellent service great work, I've used a few different carpet cleaning services in the past and by far the customer service and work is the best with Capital Vacuums and they even called to follow up and make sure I was happy 2 days after the work was done
