Eric has done work for me four times. He is very punctual, goes beyond what is asked of him, always gives you an estimated price before he starts job. Follows up after job is completed.

Eric showed up when he said he would, looked at the requirement and gave me an estimate. He did the work on the spot. After the install he had me look at the work, and showed where the outlets were on the electrical service. He made suggestions for improving the service panel, which I know is a mess. He was profesional, and did a good job promptly. I would use again.

Mr. Smith arrived on time with all the necessary lighting equipment. I purchased the LED bulbs. After a brief discussion about the lay-out of the lights, he went directly to work. He worked on his own quickly and efficiently, completing the job in one day as promised. There was a bit of a mess due to cutting the plaster and some insulation from the attic dropping down. He cleaned everything up leaving the rooms in the same condition as when he arrived. I was impressed by his expertise and skill in making all the wire connections with minimal damage to the walls and ceiling. He is one of the best contractors I've ever hired and wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

He arrived when he said he would. Didn't try to do anything that was not necessary.

We were rocked out of bed a 5:30 am with 8 smoke alarms at full tilt. We tried changing the backup batteries to no avail. We have a great plumber but no electrician and turned to Angies List. We called at 7:30 am and they answered and said they would be able to assist late afternoon. We described the issue and he suspected we needed to replace the 9 year old units. True to their word we got a call and they were at our home by 2. They provided excellent professional service, explained the processs of repair with patience and detail and were done in short order. You can't take chances with fire in our neighborhood of brownstones so we are thrilled we now have an electrician! Thanks Angie's List but more importantly, thanks Capital District Electric.

He arrived at 8:00 am just like he said everything was done meticulously. He definitely knows what he is doing and is very pleasant. This was the second time I have hired him for a job and would do it again. I have recommended him to lots of people I know

The gentleman was very professional and extremely punctual. His experience was quite evident in how quickly he performed the work exactly as I wanted. He was tidy cleaning up the mess after. I have had electricians before that were arrogant and left a huge mess for me to clean. I am having this gentleman come back next month to put in circuit breakers instead of the fuses I have.

Contacted Mr. Smith....he came to the house....gave us an estimate and we agreed to the price since we had several other quotes and he was very competitive with the price. Job was completed and he was very professional , showed up timely and we are very very satisfied with the results....

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. I CALLED A WHOLE BUNCH OF COMPANIES AND THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO RESPONDED RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE WAITING FOR ME AT THE HOUSE WHEN I GOT HOME. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT BECAUSE MY NEIGHBOR PAID ABOUT THE SAME PRICE I DID, FOR THE SAME TYPE OF WORK. THEY RECOMMENDED THAT I CALL MY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE COMPANY, I DID AND THEY COVERED IT. I SAVED A LOT OF MONEY AND I AM HAPPY. MY HOUSE DIDN'T BURN DOWN.
