Called them to examine and give treatment options. Had gotten another much more expensive estimate. John Snyder examined the problem, set up a plan to fix problem. He then came in and did the work according to the estimate and even came back twice to check on results. His team was very professional and friendly. Results are perfect.
Description of Work: Treatment of mold in basement and coating of walls with Shockwave and Fiberlock.

I live 400 miles away in Baltimore and found John's company on Angies List in the Albany NY area - Im dead serious, and you can write me if you want to verify any of this or call me, but this was a great experience and without Angies List to rely on to find a vendor, I would have no idea where to even start to look for help with my mold issue. John - easily recommended by me and my family.
Description of Work: John Snyder, CEO and owner of Business Restoration Group, answered the phone when I first called. Although his offices are located in Albany NY, I needed someone to look at a property we own about 30 miles away in Saratoga Springs, NY. John said he could be there the next day, or whenever I wanted him to go. I had to coordinate with my sister in law (who stays in the property) and in laws (who were visiting her) as to what date and time would work, given various work schedules, etc. John went up last week, was there on time and after my sister in law got home from work (4:30pm) and was there for about an hour. He did a very thorough inspection of the basement where a faint mold smell was coming from and proceeded to call me on his way home with his findings. 3 small areas, not a huge deal, but followed up with a very professional report along with pictures and recommendations on how best to proceed. Very thorough, very knowledgable (25 yrs in the business) and I would easily recommend him to anyone. We will also be using John to remediate the problems.
