Great work courteous started when scheduled and finished ahead of time

Very well. Prompt arrival, fast hard working crew, thorough clean -up.

This team was professional and polite. They worked continuously until the job was done, and they did it all in one day. This included tearing down 2 layers of asphalt shingles and one layer of cedar shakes, then installing decking and new shingles on pitched roof. Also worked on a flat roof. They were efficient, worked all day with a lunch break, and cleaned up all materials. The price was reasonable and competitive.

Fredi and his team where really good. He explained every thing he fixed and showed me the problem areas on my roof. He is very knowledgeable about the materials he used and was very confident that he could get the job done. They arrived on time amd cleaned up the job site once they where complete. If you want your roof done right the first time book with them!

We had 4 different companies come by for an estimate. Better Construction was a bit more expensive, but totally worth it from the beginning. Despite the fact that I scheduled the estimates with everyone and was present when they arrived, they all chose to direct their conversations to my husband - except Fredi, who addressed us both. He also arrived early for our appointment. Fredi was very personable and professional, and he was the only one to actually get up on the roof and go into the attic to see what was going on. He also took the time to provide an estimate for a chimney repair, unscheduled. The other 3 companies also told us they'd replace damaged shiplap with plywood, even after explaining that plywood was an inferior product. Fredi was the only one willing to maintain the integrity of the original structure by using shiplap. Unfortunately our need for a new roof was discovered in the middle of winter, and we had to wait. Fredi was thorough in explaining to us that cold temperatures could compromise the new shingles. A tarp was placed where water was getting in, free of charge. The day our roof was replaced, the Better Construction crew was here early and got right to work. They were incredibly fast, completing the entire job in less than 8 hours. They left our property clean and our roof looking great! From start to finish, we had a great experience with Better Construction Services. Excellent customer service. Excellent roof! They showed up at the time they said they would with an incredible crew of professional, mission-driven men. They were respectful of me and my property. They cleared debris as they removed it. The crew chief checked in with me periodically to inform me how the project was going. Better Construction Services was flexible and responsive when I told them the timeframe I needed to have the work done, due to the upcoming solar installation on my roof. I am very happy with the work that Better Construction Services provided and highly recommend them. My new roof looks awesome.

The work was completed in one day ( I expected about three days), and everything looks great. The cleanup was very thorough.

They showed up on time. They said it would take one day and they were right on time and done before 4:00 . Everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. Everyone in the crew was very courteous. It has been one year and there have been no issues. I had previously had problems with ice dams that have now been resolved. They even did a few extras like painting some rusty vent pipes black and tacking back up some lose aluminum fascia. They install some additional flashing around the chimney as well.
