The tech and dispatcher were great very quick and thorough service the price was very reasonable especially for a Saturday on a holiday weekend ( July 6th, 2024) I have nothing but great things to say about this company and the tech KJ. I gave Best Plumbing a call for a second opinion on a gas leak on my water heater. Another company quoted me double the cost of repair that Best Plumbing quoted me. They also waived the service fee to come out and take a look, and gave me so much information to be able to make the most educated decision for myself. They actually were able to determine that no repairs were needed instead of trying to convince me to buy a brand new water tank like the other company. Kent is incredible and I would recommend this company to anyone!
