Very good quality work that was done in a timely fashion by very pleasant and professional workers. Have hired them to replace the wooden deck flooring.

We could not have imagined more responsiveness to our needs, requests and best interests. Every aspect of all work was executed with the highest expertise, professionalism, timeliness, willingness to work with budgetary constraints and the utmost thorough communication. We understand that there are variations in cost for what companies charge for some services; while Bennett's rates are not below what seems customary, their willingness to work within our budget, research and explain reasonable options, and approach the job as a whole based on our needs was extraordinary. For that and many other reasons, we give an A+ rating on all aspects of their work and service - including cost. Very well, the work was very well done, on time and at the agreed upon price. The workers were obviously skilled, respectful, on site nearly every day and they cleaned up and disposed of left-over materials after the project. I always look to Bennett for any work I need done.

I have nothing but praise for Bennett Contracting- they were punctual and they cleaned up each day. Very pleased with their work and both bathrooms!

Bennett did a poor job repairing a porch. They started the job by driving a flatbed truck onto my lawn, leaving large ruts, when they could have simply parked 10 feet away on the sidewalk. My tenant reported that they ripped out a potion of the second floor facia, which was not included in the job nor discussed. They had completed a couple of days of work and I was concerned so had a contractor I knew check out the job and he pointed out several red flags, so I terminated the job. They had already collected $3k for less than 3 days of work (the first day they couldn't work due to an electrical problem, so went home) and now are attempting to collect for the full amount of the job left partially done, with damages to the house. I'm told they used to be an excellent company and that went south when the company was resold.

They were great. The gentlemen who came and did the estimate was excellent. The crew who came and did the job, came in did their job, and cleaned up. It was great. I most defiantly would use them again.

We like Bennett, they do a very good job. They’ve done 3 big constructions projects for us. It’s over the course of 5 or 6 years.

Its been 2 - 3 years since Bennett worked on my newly purchased house. Since then, I have hired many small contrators to do jobs too small for Bennett - electrician, painter, carpenter and a not small HVAC contrator.. Without exception, about a third through each project, I started dreaming of Bennett, of how much easier, better, faster,cleaner, organized these projects would be if Bennett did the work. Professional to the nth degree. I highly recommend them for any project you might have, that they will service. I am fairly new in town...and had absolutely no idea how hard it would be to find skilled and reliable trademen. If you can batch your projects into "A Project" call Bennett. You will not be disappointed.

He showed up for the appointment. I emailed him in a timely matter with the additional information needed. I was assured I would have an estimate with in a few days. A week and a half later, I was told via e-mail that the company was given a large number of jobs and won't be able to assist me.

Nice professional job. The work was done on a time and materials contract that always makes one a little apprehensive but this turned out fine. The problem was fixed quickly and no nexpected problems arose.

I've used them many times. I've used them for many projects. They are wonderful. They are an awesome contractor.

Very pleased with the work -- prompt attention to the work, when they said they'd be there they were. All work was cleaned up before the end of each day. Craftsmen were polite and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with -- a very good resource for an old house. It's hard to find someone who understands old houses, how they're built, and what the repair entails. I would definitely use them again.

I have used a lot of contractors over the years but these guys are by far, the best. High quality workmanship, willing to work with me closely, answered all my questions, dealt professionally with change orders. I am so confident in them, I am able to head to work each day knowing all will be well. I highly recommend this company. The prices are slightly higher but the quality shows. They do what they say they will do with no corners cut. Thanks guys!!!!

A wonderful job. My contractor and the estimator (Steve) were so very responsive. Larry, my bath contractor, solved any issues easily. He is enthusiastic and thinks outside the box to get things done with precision. I love it all and will definitely hire them again!
