Description of Work: Bennett replaced 2 Vellux Skylights and they also sheet rocked 3 ceilings. |They put up cove molding and painted them too. |The crew was professional, showed up on time and cleaned up each day when they left. Description of Work: Prepped kitchen (removed old cabinets, appliances, counter, etc.) and built in new cabinets, sink and counter, completed electrical and gas hook-ups, as well as plumbing changes. Bennett completed all aspects of the remodeling, even taking care of a counter issue quickly and professionally. The workers addressed all of our requests satisfactorily in addition to disturbing the household as little as possible.

Description of Work: 1) Totally gutted two bathrooms; then installed: insulation, new flooring, plumbing, toilets, shower/bath & shower, fans/vents, cabinetry, etc. 2) Rehab of a kitchen, installed: new cabinetry, dishwasher, plumbing, flooring, outer/inside doors, electrical receptacles, ceiling fan, lighting, etc. 3) Living Room, installed: new ceiling lighting, electrical receptacles. 4) Other miscellaneous electrical and carpentry work, including several other new doors, electrical receptacles, and a hand-rail and bannister. | |Carpenter David Baker did a splendid job, which spanned about two months. Bennett does a good job of project management and work progressed on a daily basis; the work areas were cleaned-up everyday. Using a contractor increases the cost of such a project, but coordinating the completion of this kind of work involving the singular efforts of carpenters, plumbers, and electricians is in most cases probably not feasible. Overall, Bennett provided good, dependable services and was always willing to make alterations and other changes not originally scheduled.
