Description of Work: Bathroom remodel (to the studs) on an old farmhouse. The work was performed as contracted. The house was very old with many unknowns but the bid and contract comprehended this. The contractor was very methodical and precise. I would highly recommend Bennett Contracting and would use them for my next remodel project.

Description of Work: Added a new bathroom to second floor of an old post and beam house. The job was complicated by no previous plumbing on the second floor and a low celling that had to be raised over the shower. Issues in bring the plumbing up to the second floor revolved around locating beams in the old house. Bennett started earlier than they anticipated and the job took about 4 weeks and included taking down old plaster and taking up the floor to run plumbing along and through floor joists. Bennett was very profession and the work high quality. The new bathroom is beautiful.

Description of Work: They completely renovated a bathroom--demo right to the studs; install all new fixtures, insulation, all new wallboard, ceramic tile floor and bath surround, new doors and woodwork, paint. The work team are all extremely professional, thorough and pleasant. The main project coordinator was communicative and touched base morning and evening. They completed the project on time and within budget.
