They were a lifesaver. My original contractor had a family medical emergency in the middle of the job and left me with an exterior wall in my living room with no insulation and no finish two weeks before Thanksgiving. They showed up when they said that they would, did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves!

The concern with this company was they quoted us a price for the job and time, but then billed us one that was significantly higher. When we spoke to them about it, they simply said they were sorry that they told us wrong price and time. Not impressed by this work ethic at all. Be very careful selecting this company. UPDATE 11-3-2017 I would like to add to my last review (as I unable to respond to the comment left by the company on my previous review) by stating that “John” called me today to talk about my last review and told me the following: 1) He was the one who spoke to my husband about doing the job and did not give a $ quote. 2) That he spoke to my husband before talking to me and that my husband said he was "happy” with the cost. Just to be absolutely clear for prospective people looking to hire companies. 1) John was NOT the person that gave us the $ quote, it was someone else in the office, but he refused to believe this fact. 2) My husband was NOT “happy” with the cost of paying 32% more than originally quoted, and what he actually said was that he wrote the check for the higher amount and it was “fine” as he didn’t want to deal with them anymore. The call ended with me fiercely telling “John” that I did not appreciate being called a liar and then later finding out that he did not relay the conversation with my husband truthfully. “John” would do better off finding out who quoted us a price on the phone and talking with that employee instead of calling his customers liars. I also explained to him that under no circumstances would we have hired a company without knowing the price (I am not sure who would). Again, he said I was not telling the truth. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company OR get everything written down or recorded.

They assigned one carpenter who solely worked on this project until it was finished. Other specialists like a and electrician and plumber were brought in as needed. The carpenter was a true craftsman.

On time with excellent quality work. No complaints.

Fabulous. Kitchen looks great. They did a wonderful job. Even the guys who installed the counter tops complimented the carpenter who installed the cabinets. Very nice, professional, prompt, and attention to detail made this worthwhile. Impressive. They cleaned up at the completion of work every day. High level of expertise and capability. We would hire them again.

Rob was great but worked alone too often...should have had a second man on the job more often

Very well. the plumber kept me up to date on what was going on each day and cleaned up every night. It was finished as expected. All very neat and clean. And when i called back to have a few kinks ironed out it was taken care of immediately.

Great. Door was their recommended product and was smaller than the existing door. Looks fine great install work but I would have liked to know ahead of time that it was a different size.

Excellent. Lead carpenter is a total gem . All work done while we were away. Used a third party monitor but not necessary as work is great and very beautiful. A truly great makeover. Outstanding to all who see it!

Prompt clean professional done in half a day

While it was pricey, finding a contractor to work with the insurance company was nearly impossible. Bennett was happy to do so and worked quite well with them, I'm reasonably certain any and all delays were the fault of the insurance company due to their red tape existence. All windows eventually needed to be replaced, of course after the insurance company INSISTED the ones that were torqued be reused. This resulted in a much higher cost than expected, but again, no fault of Bennett's. Steve Shanholtz was the project manager @ Bennett who did an absolutely fantastic job of keeping me updated, making adjustment due to tenant personality conflicts with workers, and keeping on top of the insurance company adjuster.

Very well. The back porches were completely replaced. The front porch was repaired. The garage doors were replaced.

Work was completed as requested and on schedule. My phone calls were returned promptly and the contractor arrived on time, was courteous and knowledgeable.

It went well. Bennett helped with the design, The project was scheduled. They showed up on time and executed the project as scheduled. Bennett people involved were very helpful and professional.

They did very high quality work. There was one concern we had but was quickly resolved and fixed. We would hire them again and are very happy with our deck!
