Description of Work: Technician came out to install whole house humidifier but was unable to because there was not enough room in the area around the furnace. Was glad that we were told this instead of them trying to put it in and doing damage. They were very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: I never used them, but i know the four 24 years they are the nicest people i know. People i know say they were very satisfied.

Description of Work: 149.00 Plumbing Inspection and Water Heater Flush. My water heater was about 17 years old so when Angie's List had a special for the inspection and flush I took it. Farrell Bros. got in touch with me a day after I ordered the service and I was able to get an appointment within a week. The plumber showed up on time and immediately began his inspection. He pointed out a few items that were in need of repair and gave me estimates of their costs. He flushed the water heater and, as I asked, gave me options and estimates to have it replaced. Eric was my tech and he was professional and unbelievably helpful and answered all my questions. There was no added costs or high pressure sales pitches at any time. I would not hesitate to recommend Farrell Bros. to any one in need of a plumber. They were punctual in appearing when promised, performed all tasks offered in the package, were completely professional in explaining the options I had and at no time did I feel pressured. I have decided to have Farrell Brothers replace my water heater and make a number of the repairs and improvements that Eric pointed out to me.

Description of Work: I had asked to have evaluation of heating, when the men arrived from farrell brothers they did not seem to be able to tell me what to do for my heating problem. I had assumed that the person or persons who came could tell me what was the issue and an estimate of the cost of work if needed, they were unable to do this.

Description of Work: The big deal turned out excellent. They flush my hot water tank and checked all my stun pump connections.

Description of Work: Eric evaluated plumbing issues on first visit plus installed new showerhead. Second visit replaced old kitchen faucets and three new toilets that I requested. Leaks in all areas resolved. Excellent quality service. Eric was great! He was technically proficient and personable.

Description of Work: checked that the faucets were working, they were... drained the hot water tank.. would not pay again to have this done. I knew my faucets work and the fact that the hard water slows the pressure.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal on Angie's list for a water heater flush. This also included a complete plumbing inspection, toilet dye testing and a discussion of moving to a tankless water heater. It seemed the plumber who came was not familiar with the deal at all. He flushed the water heater and looked at the plumbing fixtures. I had to ask leading questions to get answers to some of my current plumbing questions. He did not do the dye test and I had to ask about the tankless water heater as he was finishing up the invoice. He seemed nice and knowledgeable about everything except the deal I purchased. Even at $99, I think I barely got my money's worth. I might use them again as they are a big outfit in the area but they probably won't be the first ones I call.
