Description of Work: Replaced a broken water heater. Called that morning and service was performed later that day. Also informed me of and completed the installation of a larger smoke pipe for the new water heater because the original pipe had been too small and not up to code at no additional charge.

Description of Work: I had to go a different direction as the price was high and they are VERY busy so there was too long of a time frame. I think they ae excellent plumbers and therefore they are busy and can charge a more.

Description of Work: Unplugged my sanitary line in the basement. It went well and the job was completed in 45 minutes. Office and field rep were professional and actually saved me some money by recommending that I not do an emergency call and wait until next day. Field rep was almost an hour late for the appointment due to running late at the prior appointment. But it was worth the wait.

Description of Work: Paul from Farrel Bros Inc. provided us with excellent customer service. He was professional and helped us to figure out our heating system. When he left I understood all the safety features of my heating system and he told me what was necessary for us to do and when it should be done. Description of Work: They unplugged a bathtub drain that had been running slow for 30 years and finally stopped altogether. It cost $268, but it was money well spent! it only took them about 15 minutes and they were here within 24 hours of my call to them.
