Description of Work: They installed a water heater for us. I'd give the folks who came on site an A, but there was a small hick-up because we got the wrong model. The installer was careful, and cleaned up well. It took a year for the office to send someone out to inspect it - so that was a surprise.

Description of Work: A very cursory exam of the plumbing in my home. I was asked to open the cabinets, and the service worker didn't even bend down to look at the piping before saying it was okay. He supposedly examined the water heater, but was upstairs so quickly, I'm not sure that happened. | |The price would have right had the work been done as described.
