The owner called me back promptly and set up appt. for an estimate. He quoted a good price, but I still got two other estimates. Farrel bros. was the best estimate -by far in one case. They began work the following week as promised, and finished the job after two full days work.

Excellent! Farrell Brothers had a plumber out within an hour of my call. Gave me an estimate, completed all the work and came in slightly under the estimate. Job entailed fixing the bandaid job the other Company had done and replumbing everything. Used Angie's coupon too!! Clean, prompt and efficient - Recommend without hesitation!!

They were quite speedy and did very good The only complaint I had is that they had a coupon on Angie's List and I mentioned that I was a member, but they did not use the coupon. The guy was unblieveably nice and took into consideration that I work nights and I had worked the night before. He came at 9 in the morning and got done as quicly as he possibly could so I could get to sleep so I could get up at 7 and work the whole night again. He was very considerate and as quick and efficient as possible. They are a little bit on the expensive side.

The receptionist who took my call was very helpful. I wanted to know if it was possible to replace the conventional tank with a tankless heater, and she set up a time for the owner to stop by and assess the issues. He showed up that day, went over the details (it wasn't possible because of my house layout/venting possibilities), gave me an estimate, and scheduled an appointment for the replacement. The two guys who did the work were fast and efficient, and easy to have in the house. The price was exactly what the owner had quoted me. It was an excellent experience overall, I highly recommend this company.

I called 4 plumbers for estimates. One gave me a very low price and told me that was for 'the whole job' but I couldn't get a straight answer as the what the 'whole job' included. Another didn't bother showing up. The third was also rated high on Angie's list but their estimate was higher than Farrell. I contacted Farrell on their web site the night before and they called me first thing in the morning. When the money from my loan arrived I called them back and they were there that afternoon to pick up the deposit. The very next morning they started the job, and finished the next day. The two guys who did the job were a pleasure to have around and knew what they were doing. The quality of their workmanship was excellent.

They were professional in every way. They came up with a good system for us that was the right size, presented us with appropriate options at a price we could afford and didn't fool around. They responded promptly to my emails, unlike other HVAC companies I approached, and they wasted no time with the actual work, getting in and out in a day, and providing us, what's more, with a complimentary thermostat. Their bid was not the lowest we received, but it was reasonable and fair and they seemed like thoughtful, trustworthy and responsible tradesmen.

I woke up to a first floor covered with water when my hot water tank had ruptured overnight while I was asleep. Needless to say I was in a panic. It was a Saturday and I tried to contact my usual plumber but after leaving several messages with no response I had to call someone else. My daughter recommended Farrell Brothers (note: the name is incorrectly spelled as Ferrell Brothers on Angie's List). A plumber immediately called me back and arrived at my house within 2 hours. Installation was very quick and efficient (and I have a very tight space for my hot water tank so it's not the easiest to install). The cost ($1000) seemed a little high to me, but it was an emergency call on a beautiful summer Saturday. Some of my pipes also needed to be replaced. My only complaint is that he didn't leave a user's manual, but I went online and downloaded one, so this wasn't a major problem. Everything was cleaned up and he took my old hot water tank away.

I have a new construction project and require the entire plumbing and heating system installed. Randy (the owner of Farrell Brothers) he been very responsive and has helped me through lots of incramental decisions. They have only completed the rough plumbing, but i will certianly use them to do the heating and all of my other plumbing needs. I got bids from many people & Farrell Bros was not the cheapest, but when i told this to Randy, he even offered to take something off of his price. These guys are definately the most professional and responsive of all of the plumbers i interviewed in the process of building my house.

Mr. Rowe, the president of the company arrived on time for the estimate the same day I called. He was a little slow getting back to me. He apologized. The two plumbers arrived on time and were pleasant and polite.

He seemed to know what he was talking about and gave me a few options, however getting back to me with a quote took a while and his quote was almost $300 more than what we had it done for. They may do good work but they are very expensive.

Technician arrived on time, tried to salvage the old bathtub faucet. The old faucet could not be repaired. I had purchased a new faucet just in case. Technician had to open the wall to access plumbing, then replace and fix wall. The leaky valve in the basement was just a cut out the old and replace with a new valve.

I CALLED THEM UP AND THEY CAME WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME, WITHIN THREE DAYS. IT WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE GUY STAYED AS LONG AS WAS NEEDED. THE GUY SAVED ME MONEY BY TELLING ME PARTS I COULD BUY AT THE HARDWARE STORE SO THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TO CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR THEM. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE EXPLAINED WHY HE WAS DOING A INSTEAD OF B.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS VERY PRICEY. TO SOMEONE WHO MIGHT BE LOOKING AT THEM, I WOULD TELL THEM THAT THE SERVICE IS VERY GOOD BUT GET A PRICE BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO THEM. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE PRICES, MAKE SURE YOU SHOP AROUND.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND ONE OF THE REASONS THAT I USED THEM WAS BECAUSE IN THEIR ADVERTISING THEY SAY I CAN GET A LIVE BODY 24/7 ON THE PHONE. THEY REALLY HAVE SOMEONE WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE AND WILL TALK TO ME SO I'LL PAY THEM A LITTLE BIT MORE. I'LL PAY FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
