Easy to set up appointment at a convenient time; they were prompt in arriving. The service technician who arrived was very friendly and helpful and advised on several different minor issues in the kitchen and bath. He repaired a leaky connection in the bathroom vanity as well as some parts in the faucet. I would have liked to have spent a little less, but the work was done well and quickly, so overall I'm okay with the cost. I would definitely use again and, in fact, have had Farrell Bros. here again since then to inspect and advise on a heating/AC issue. Again, they were prompt and professional.

They found an earlier date to do the work, and called me to see if it would work for me, which it did. I really appreciated that. Also, they came to do the work on time. They did the work well. I thought the price, for two jobs, was very reasonable.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. I did not pay anything extra other than the big deal. They did what the said they were going to do. They showed up on time.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out okay. It wasn't the first time that we used them. We were looking at the long term issues with the plumbing, and they didn't have some of the answers for that. I had to pay more because he had to change the part.

On time, had the right tools, asked the right questions and resolved this drain flow issue in one simple visit. Randy and his time did a great job !

It went well. The person was knowledgeble, did not try to sell us anything. gave us some pointers on how to take better care of our systems. I would definetly call them again.

They recommended that if I could wait a day for the service I would save the $150.00 emergency fee (so I waited). They arrived promptly on Monday morning. The clog took quite a while to clean out. I used an angies list coupon. They were prompt, courteous, clean and left a recommendation for conditioning the drain in the future.

He came to do the thing I asked him to do, he wasn't able to do that but he sent somebody and he installed the sunk pump. The man who installed it was very nice. He came and did his job. The man who inspected the downstairs was very knowledgeable. They were very responsive. When I called them the receptionist told me the name of the person who would be contacting me. They worked quite well.

Workman arrived when promised, but was surprised to see a pedestal sump pump in place rather than a submersible model. When I indicated no one had asked about the type I had, he said in doing "over 100" change overs he had never encountered anyone with a pedestal unit. But he went down to the local hardware store, bought a pedestal sump pump and installed it. Total time about 1 hour. (Had to remind him the deal included disposal of old pump.)

Service man was prompt and professional & friendly. He was unable to open the exsting drain cleanout due to age of pipes, so had to cut the drain line instead - took him longer than originally estimated. Also provided advice on maintaining drain going forward. He did a good job of cleaning up after himself, too, whick in my past experience many service people don't bother to do. Am very likely to use this company again for plumbing service.

Service was provided the day after my call. We plan to use them again in the future.

Water heater was installed promptly and works well. Only issue was installer left lots of dirt/mud on the basement steps and carpet.

He arrived promptly after calling to advise he was on his way. He dismantled and repaired my faucet, which had lost its screw and washer. He then went down and tightened the packing on my downstairs water turn-on faucet. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very pleasant and courteous. I had just called yesterday to make an appointment, so I was delighted with the speed of the repair.

We came home on a Sunday from vacation to discover that our air conditioner wasn't working. Spoke with their after hours service that evening. Someone called me promptly the next morning to schedule a time for them to check things out. They were there that day. Let us know the 8 year old unit was shot. Showed us how and why the unit would no longer work. A new unit was ordered that day and installed when it came in 2 days later. I was concerned about the price and called another Angie's list vendor. They would not have been able to get to us for weeks and said the price of the unit that we were quoted was "reasonable". Responsive and professional. I would recommend.

Had Eric for our plumber. He solved the problem, accepted the coupon listed on this site, was knowledgeable, and very friendly. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend this plumber. It is refreshing to find some that not only knows what they are doing but that is not trying to rip you off.

They were very polite and considerate.

It was day after a holiday. I had initially called the company that installed my HVAC late wed( 7/3) and left a message. Knew i would have to suffer thru the 4th. And when i called early on the 5th, i realized they were closed but no message as such on the answering machine. So I immediately searched Angies list and found Farrel Bros. I had used them earlier in the year for HW heater and found them reasonable and quick. SO , of course, I called. They could fit me in! Receptionist was sympathetic and cheerful. They promised 10-2 window. He did show up just before 2. And was able to dx , get the part needed( he did warn me they were very busy with AC and were low on stocked parts) and replace in about an hour. So at the hottest part of the day , i was finally getting some relief from the 98 degree/90% humidity. They were friendly and efficient and cost effective. I would've given them an outstanding had he gotten here at 10am, but they certainly made it here within the promised window.

He showed up. Took a look around. Told us what we needed to do now, in the near future and then eventually. This is a new house for us, so he was kind and gave us a glimpse of what we are looking at down the road. He fixed the leak that we currently had and the price was very reasonable. Overall it was a very good experience. We will be using them again.

I still need to call in a technician to actually diagnose my issue so it didn't go so well. I was actually very disappointed as I've used this company several times in the past. I only paid ~$30 for a diagnosis but that was too much considering that I still have to pay for someone to come and actually diagnose the problem. In the meantime I'm without a/c.

It went very good. They came out the next day after I purchased the big deal. I did pay more because I got a new sub-pump. He was good at explaining what was wrong with the old one and then explained the features of the new one. I will use them again.

When I called they said they were busy that day and would try to fit me in between 12 and 4 but that it might be the next day. The technician arrived before 12 noon for which I was really grateful! He was timely and professional and knew what he was doing. He even gave me recommendations to try and prevent another occurance in the future.
