Fantastic! The night before I was given the names of my movers (Chris and John) and Their cell phone numbers. They arrived early and immediately got to work. They were nice, professional, efficient, detail oriented (careful) and FUNNY!! They packed up her entire apartment in 40 MINUTES! ENTIRE MOVE WAS OVER BY 11. Everything was in place in her new abode. In Addition - the entire move cost $338!!! Bargain! I will hire these folks anytime!

Great, the two guys that moved me were very professional, careful with my belongings. they arrived on time and didn't take any breaks they worked hard and made sure everything was packed in the truck correctly and safely. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving.

Definitely a "Fly By Night" kind of deal here. No contract. No follow up. The Adam guy who you leave a message with took days to get back to me and even after he agreed to the work I didn't hear back. I actually was somewhat surprised they showed up. They tore up an really expensive couch and refused to try and move another through a tight opening. The worst is after I paid cash, the movers wouldn't give a receipt on the spot for the move. I've texted this Adam a dozen times and at the same time he promises to send a receipt he also claims he's too busy because of work and family commitments to issue one. I can't get reimbursed for the move without one. I would avoid this shady bunch or you will get burned!

My last communication was with Adam, back in Wednesday, March 21st at 7 in the evening. He would get back to me and until he has not. On Tuesday, the 13th, he was late arriving to load our home on his truck. Toward the end of the day, he was telling me that he probably would not be able to put all of our items in his truck. So he said we got all the furniture and over 200 boxes. Instead of loading the complete house on the truck and get it in a hauling and put the remaining of the room and the contents of the basement, he simply texted me he was leaving NY. So I had asked him to call me before he left, we have to figure out what to do but he did not. He just leave and left the rest of the house. He could have used a trailer and take the rest of our home contents. He arrived in NC and unloaded the contents & at the very end of the day he stated there were 6 boxes remaining at our house plus the contents of the basement. Upon review of the house by a family member who is in that area still and our realtor, there are more than 45 - 55 boxes remaining in our house plus the contents of the basement. This will cost anywhere between 2500 - 3600 to move from Albany NY to Charlotte NC. I've always been courteous to the mover but I just can't believe he would not call me back to make this right. My mother who was there when moving, gave tips to the movers. At my urging to text him believing there were 6 boxes in the house at his erroneous estimate as that was what he told me. He knew it was a problem because he offered to help a family member. The problem is that I discovered how many were left, he left portion of the job. I have pictures of 9 rooms that there were substantial items not packed, and that is excluding the basement he didn't load. And those pictures were taken by my realtor and family member in NY. So, he needs to potentially make this right for us. Once moved to our house, we are relatively happy with that, and I appreciate the joyful approach of Adam and his team. He told us he is going to help us about the remaining items. But being that he does not contact within 11 day period, my trust for him is really going down. At this point, what I am looking for is a financial remuneration for a job he didn't complete. I would actually give him an A and B for the stuff that was moved, but that fact that 15 - 20 % of our items there are remaining items, earned him a low grade.

I was impressed with Adam when 1st speaking with him and the price seemed fair. I had every scheduled so the job would be completed well before the closing date of 11/30. POD was delivered on Saturday,11/25, movers on Monday, 11/27 and POD picked up on Tuesday afternoon the 28th. Monday morning after waiting over an hour, I called Adam to see why they hadn't shown up. He said they should have been there by now and he was going to check. When Adam called back he told me that there had been an argument between the two that had even turned physical. He promised that he would be there Tuesday morning. This was 9:30 Monday morning and I felt there was time to schedule other workers. I stayed in a hotel Monday night and when I arrived at home the next morning, I saw two guys on my front doorstep. There wasn't a vehicle in sight. When I asked them that, they said they parked way up the street. I felt very uneasy specially after hearing what happened the day before. I didn't know if these were the same two from the day before. I did however, let them in. Adam did call me and I missed the call by 3 minutes. I called back and left a message asking him to return my call, he did not. After a short while, they asked me if I had any tools. Just like having no vehicle, they hadn't brought anything to work with. Thank goodness my toolbox was still at the house. I found this very unprofessional. When they were finished, one of them called Adam to check on what to charge me. They gave me a price of $360.00 with no break down of cost, hourly rates, etc. Then I was asked if I was paying in cash. I did not and wrote them a check. I found the whole experience unprofessional and very stressful. Because I did not know how long it would take to load everything, I had to cancel the pick up of the POD on Tuesday afternoon. The next scheduled pickup was in 2 days. It was still there on Thursday the 30th and became an issue at closing. I will not be hiring them back for the unloading and I just hope that all the hardware for everything they took apart is easily found. Because I did not know

Absolute worst company we have ever dealt with. Created unbelievable stress for us. Called Adam and set up an appointment for an estimate. We explained that we were moving two households to Florida. He said we would need one truck and gave us an estimate. We gave him the date of the closing. He was very accommodating and we felt comfortable with him so we booked it. That is the last good thing I can say about him and this company. I think he regretted committing such a large move to another state. He told us that he "forgot" to add in the price of gas with the estimate. We thought that very strange since this is his business, but that's ok we said. From then on, it was almost impossible to get ahold of him. His voice mail was always full and he seldom returned any texts. House closings never happen on the day you are scheduled so we told him ours had been moved and he assured us that it would be ok on a day we FINALLY got ahold of him. From that day on we never heard from him again even though we were almost begging him to call or text us back. Our closing date was a week away and still nothing from him. It was so stressful that my husband had an anxiety attack from the concern that Adam was stiffing us that he landed up in the emergency room from heart palpations! At that point we couldn't wait any longer and we called Lamanna moving and they turned out to be our heroes! They don't do long distance, but they loaded two trucks (Adam was way off on that telling us we only needed one truck as well) and we drove it ourselves to Florida and had to find another company to unload once we got there. We never heard from Adam! He let our pleas go unanswered, and ignored us completely to fend for ourselves. Despicable to say the least. We are senior citizens in our 60's and the stress level from this company was through the roof. If he didn't want to move us to Florida, he should have been man enough to tell us and we could have made other arrangements in a timely manner. Please beware of Any Day Movers. If you want dependability, call Lamanna Movers. This is the absolute truth and an honest review of the what happened to us.

Move happened but could not get a receipt. Communication was poor. Angie's List should remove this company.

It was raining and muggy and there was more stuff to move than any of us realized. Adam and his helper kept up a great attitude and kept me laughing through a stressful day. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!

Any day movers made our moving experience stress free! Barry gave us a written estimate we felt comfortable right away. The guys were on time, friendly and very professional. Made the moving experience literally stress free. Thanks guys!

Movers were prompt and quick with moving furniture. We had a busy day after the move and the speed of the move was helpful. Only downside was paying from the time they picked up the truck til when they returned it, but even that was optional. Good service all around.

Barry's guys were AMAZING. I was a little bit worried because they seemed like the most casual of the 4 movers I met with (no in-person meeting, no deposit, etc.) but they were also the cheapest and I knew they had a good rating on here so we went with them. The movers were great. Super friendly guys who in less than 4 hours were done with the job. Nothing was damaged and they were very professional.

Exceptional. Great experience with Any Day Movers. Barry kept in touch and was responsive at all times. He personally knows his movers. I can't say enough about how efficient and professional his movers were. We moved our own boxes and left the heavy furniture to these guys. They finished sooner than anticipated and my bill reflected that. They made a really stressful event a non-issue. Well worth it. Would use them again.

Handled everything as if it was their own. Chris and Ryan were efficient, effective, and even downright funny. Answered all my stupid questions and pleas: "Do you think you could add just one more thing?" Not only did they take apart the wooden bed frame, they also tightened (or untightened, in one case) anything that needed it without my even asking!

Khalid & his partner showed up on time and ready to get to work. I had picked up the u haul and positioned it for them. I also pre-packed the things i needed moved. I have a torn ACL or else i would have moved myself. These guys worked hard! they got me moved out and into my new home within 3 hours! I will say that there is some minor damage to my brand new cpu case, and some other items got damaged but I believe that is my fault for not wrapping them properly. They worked on a Sunday btw! shout out to these guys for doing a very good job quickly.

Service as usual was very good. They are punctual and pleasant never complaining about walking up 4 flights of stairs with heavy items. This is the 3rd time I have used them and will definitely keep them on my "on call" list.

They were great! They came on time, worked hard, the billing was exactly what I expected (no surprises). They did a fantastic job!

They put all the furniture together for us when we got to the new apartment. Everything arrived in perfect shape. They were on time arriving, called before they started out to let us know they were on the way. They were the most professional movers I have ever dealt with. We are still putting some items into the apartment which are too heavy to carry and we're using these movers again on October 24. That same day, my daughter asked them if they could disassemble and move a heavy wooden swing set/play fort from her old home and then reassemble it in her family's new home. They did an amazing job. I can't say enough good things about this company and their team.

This is the way to do business. Barry showed me he is a true professional service provider. Based on this experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barry and his company. If I ever have to move again (and I hope I don't) Barry's is the first company I would call.

The team they sent was great. Not a single complaint that they had lots of stairs to climb and heavy boxes to carry. I'd use them again and plan to in 2015!
