He does an excellent job at whatever he does. He is just a nice gentlemen. He is friendly and really would do anything you would want him to do.

It's the second time I used them and I was just as pleased as the last time. He spent a good amount of time making sure that each area was clean. It couldn't compare to other, more popular companies!

We removed all the furniture out of the area we wanted, so they could a good job. We had an old cat who did not always use the litter box. He gave extra attention to that area. Very satisfied. Good price and quality for the work required. We have 13 stairs.

Mike Aviza is a certified master cleaner, and his Aviza SuperClean company provides a lot of services. Mike is the owner and is very professional in presentation and knowledge. He was the one who came out to clean my very dirty carpets. He did a quick inspection and told me what and why of his approach to the cleaning. I was amazed at how the carpet looks afterwards. I highly recommend this company for cleaning carpets, especially if you have pets. The owner is committed to doing a good job and provides a great service. VERY professional, knowledgeable.

Ever thing went very well, Mike{the owner} was very personable.we showed him each room and piece of furniture that need to be done and he got down to business. Mike said he's 38 years experience and it shows and I would definitely recommend him.

Michael was absolutely fantastic! He did a fantastic job cleaning a carpet in our kids' playroom and offered a great deal to have all of our hardwood floors cleaned which I gladly accepted. His equipment and expertise truly made our floors look and feel much cleaner. Michael even gave me a great tip on a product that rejuvenates hardwood floors and showed me how to apply the product. He took the time and did one of our bedrooms for free. In addition, on his way out he power washed our garage floor free of charge! I was extremely impressed with Michael and his services and it was an absolute pleasure to do business with him. I will certainly be using his services again and highly recommend Aviza's Super Clean services to everyone!

He did a good job and he did a lot of stuff that was not directly related to the basement and I thought I spent so much money with him. He moved the stuff out of the basement so he could do the cleaning. If anything got wet in that water, he thought it should go out and most of the stuff, he got rid off and took away. He was just a very nice person and he really worked hard. He was at my house for a pretty long time so he did a really nice job. I felt very confident with him in the house. It cost too much money. He did put on some special gear, he had gloves and boots and stuff he put on.

Items were dropped off at shop though we have had prior in-home service. Although the items took about a week longer than anticipated, it was not a problem for us. Work was excellent.

Mike arrived when he said he would and I showed him what I wanted cleaned. He looked at all of the areas (even the mystery spots) and gave me a written estimate to which I agreed. He was reasonalbly priced as I had a few different cleaners here before and they actually charged more for less cleaning. He started cleaning and I decided to add the carpet on the stairway. He stopped gave me another estimate and I agreed to have him clean those as well. He spot treated the especially dirty areas before he started cleaning so they entire carpet came out really clean. He even spent extra time on the black mark under the door going to the attic and it came out clean! Other carpet cleaners told me the black mark would never come out and did not attempt to clean it. Mike looked at it and told me what caused it and then thought about it and asked if he could try something stronger on it. He even made suggestions on how to keep it from coming back again. I could see he was actually eager to make sure the carpets came out clean and was very proud of the results. I was pleased with Mike's professionalism, work ethic and most of all his results! I would definitely recommend him!

Initially I called for someone to assess the extent of smoke damage (fireplace mishap) and determine what needed to be done. Mike, who is very knowledgeable and experienced, came by and provided the information I needed to know about insurance claims and cleaning methods. After dismissing the insurance claim option, we agreed that Mike would do the major cleaning and to help keep the cost down, Mike instructed me on how to do some of the minor cleaning myself, which was greatly appreciated. They did a beautiful job cleaning soot off of the ceiling, some wall area, upholstery, loose pillows and carpet (wall to wall, area rug and stairway carpet runner). The result could not have been better. I am grateful for the excellent work provided and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Mike inspected and showed me what needed to be done. He removed sheet rock, cleaned, and disinfected all surfaces that needed to be done - floors, walls, and ceilings. It is just amazing how much damage water causes or should I say dampness causes. I am glad there are companies like Aviza to make a difficult situation easier to come through.

They are fantastic and their prices are reasonable. I used them all the time.

EXCELLENT TOOK HIS TIME TO DO A FINE JOB VERY COOPERATIVE

The cleaner arrived on time and performed the job professionally and without a lot of fanfare. He clearly took pride in his work and went out of his way to try to remove some stains that he thought were impossible. Having spent extra time and having succeeded, he went out of his way to show me for no other apparent reason than that he was pleased to have done better than either one of us expected. The job was done quickly and no mess was left behind. What more can anyone ask?

He came and did a very nice job. He has been doing this job probably for 15 or 20 years. He knows what he is doing. He does a very good job. He is thorough and cleans up after himself. I would recommend him to anyone. I would tell anyone who was new to the area looking for a carpet cleaning service not to hesitate calling him. I certainly would use him again in the future without hesitation.

I had used them a couple of times before. They were really good. They were very professional and the quality was very good. I was very pleased with them. I had some Orientals that were taken out of the house. I don't remember exactly how much we spent but it was okay. They did a really good job. We will use them again in the future. I am planning to call them again this fall.

The first time I tried to clean it myself & made a mess of it & he came & cleaned that up. Then he came a second time & it looks even better the second time than it does the first. He is personable, showed up when he said he was going to, did good work, explained things & answered all of the questions I had. I was very happy with him & want to have him come back.

We had had Super Clean clean carpets before and were satisfied with the results. This time, however, within a week odd-looking spots appeared on the carpet where none had been before. We called, and the owner himself came and re-cleaned the carpet. The spots disappeared and after a month the carpet still looks good. We would recommend this company for its service and reasonable price.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY BROUGHT THE EQUIPMENT IN AND MADE SURE IT STAYED HERE LONG ENOUGH TO CLEAN THE BASEMENT. THEN THEY CLEANED THE CARPET TOO. IT WAS REALLY GOOD.
