AT THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT, THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. THE AFTER SERVICE WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AT FIRST, BUT THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT THAT I EXPECTED, WAS NOT THERE.
Description of Work: THEY REPROGRAMMED THE HARD DRIVE AND PROVIDED NEW PARTS INCLUDING A MEMORY UPGRADE. THEY KILLED THE VIRUS.

THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO MY PHONE CALLS. THEY GOT IT IN QUICKLY. WITH THE WORK THEY DID, THERE WERE NO COMPLAINTS ONCE THEY WERE DONE. IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN I WOULD HAVE LIKED. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE AMOUNT THEY CHARGED FOR WHAT THEY DID.
