We found him on Angie's List. It allows the air to circulate so that it does not overheat. They gave a quick response, they called back right away. He came right over and checked out the roof. He gave us options on what we could do. Then they came over and did it right away. Rain was coming and he got it done. We would use them again.

Although there's not much of a showroom for window displays (or anything else for that matter) they carry a recommended brand. However, our shopping experience was less than stellar due to the poor customer service, availability of product information and uncaring, confrontational and belligerent attitude of counter personnel. Two guys behind the front desk, didn't seem to be interested in selling anything that day. Maybe the order wasn't big enough? Maybe because my wife and I weren't "contractors"? Maybe it was too near lunchtime? Whatever the reason, both were rude and not representative of the brand. Poor form boys. Ended up buying a different brand from another company that appreciated the business. Shame on you Alsides.
