Description of Work: Complete removal of two maple trees approx 60-70 feet tall. Wasn't home when they came to do the job so not sure how many people were on the job. I thought the trees were close enough to the road but when I got home I there were tire treads all over the lawn which was disappointing but all in all they did a good job cleaning up what I'm sure was a mess.

Description of Work: In looking for a tree service, I wasn't necessarily looking to cut down trees. Any Yahoo with a chain saw and ropes can cut down trees. What I wanted is to know if my trees NEEDED to be cut down. I felt Albany Tree Service provided excellent advice, didn't cut down trees unnecessarily and did a nice job of trimming. He also gave me advice on how to feed my trees to stem the rot mold they've been developing. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: He has removed two trees from my property in the past 6 or 7 years. He is reliable, does the job quickly and cleanly, and most important to me, seems to understand my concern about affected wildlife in the area: birds, squirrels, etc. He has given me an estimate for a third tree which I will bid out, since it is high, but I bet I end up with Albany Tree again. He listens and pays attention, and cares about more than the bottom line.
