Tim was friendly and professional. He fixed a problem that was done poorly by another plumber. He came out the next day and his pricing was reasonable. I will definitely hire again.

Tim returned my call about 15 minutes after I made it late in the day. He responded to my vague, panicked description of the noises I was hearing in my septic system with questions that enabled him to suggest what might be happening and asked if he could come that evening about 8 pm. He arrived promptly, got right to work prying off the rusted cover and described how the system should function and what the problem was with the pump. He proposed installing a new pump and new cover because it was rusted on the underside and pieces were falling onto the pump. He would also seal the cover to the basin to prevent possible odor. This is typical of Tim's work. Another plumber would just replace the pump but Tim completes the job leaving me with a beautiful septic system and pristine work area. He also installed a kitchen faucet all at a reasonable rate. Tim Mink is my only plumber from now on.

Tim showed up within 15 min, at 3pm on a Saturday. He was a total pro. We’ll hire him again for sure.

Tim came the same day that I called. Stayed for three hours until the problem was fixed. He gave me updates along the way and let me know how the project was progressing. He even mopped the floor after working!!!

Excellent..once he removed the toilet he found that the flang was rotten. He replaced the part and resolved the issue..work was preformed in a timley manor along with a reasonable price..we would highly recommend him and we would absolutely call on his services if needed in the furture.

Tim arrived promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problems within half an hour. He was just great. Our house is an old one which has been redone many times over its hundred year history. He and his partner were not thrown by the idiosyncrasies. A plus was the good sense of humor and advice on a problem in our daughter's home. Nice Thanksgiving eve present!

After buying a foreclosed home I had hired another plumber to check everything out and get the water running, but he gave me the run around for weeks. I became fed up with this so I called A&J and Tim made time to install my new pump on EXTREMELY short notice (he was there within 30 minutes of my call to him, wow!). Once that was done, we found that the water still wasn't circulating to the rest of the house, but despite not being scheduled for diagnostics/other fixes and having another appointment to go to, he immediately jumped into resolving the other issues. It turns out that the house was badly winterized and many of the pipes are broken - while we couldn't get it fixed today due to the extent of the work that is needed, I am SO impressed by his flexibility, willingness to figure out and fix my issues as soon as possible, and over all professionalism and customer service. I will certainly be using them from now on!

A & J did not show up to provide estimate on agreed date. However, the contractor did call to apologize, hence I'm upgrading my previous review.

The plumber is simply amazing. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain the issue with our faucet make/model as well as compared it to the other ones that we have in the house. He explained the problems and fixed them quickly. I should also point out that this was the second plumber that we had look at the issue, but he refused to criticize others. He pointed out to us that some problems are tricky - not every plumber has seen every problem. Very knowledgeable and very, very professional. A+++. If only every professional could be as good as A&J

I have had 2 very positive . One was an emergency and even though it was late on a Sunday and he was an hour away, he still came to unclog my kitchen sink. The second time was a scheduled visit to fix a toilet flushing issue. Both times it was very reasonably priced and it was obvious he had my best interest in mind.

Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently for a reasonable price. Came the same day I called. Would use again.
