Just like I believe someone else may have also mentioned, I also recieved no return call. And that’s after mentioning I was even referred to them. What I’ve come to realize is that all these refinishers are really busy now. Not only because it’s their busy season, but many people are now pulling up their carpets and refinishing their floors. Yet, even if that may be the case, a return call is not only professional, but polite. Not returning calls seems to perhaps be a pattern with these folks.

He did not allow time for the moisture content in the flooring to equalize and it cupped days after install. He denied responsibility and did nothing to correct the defective floor. The pieced in repairs to the other room were done well.
Description of Work: Repairs to the hardwood floor in a bedroom room and a new hardwood floor in the dining room.

Floss refinished the floors at my previous residence and did a wonderful job so we called him again for this house. The floors on my new residence were in good shape but before moving in we wanted to give them one more coat. Wally gave them a light sanding, fixed some holes drilled in the floor, and added a coat of poly. The job took roughly 2 days and we were very pleased with the work. Wally is pleasant to work will and does a quality job at a reasonable price.
Description of Work: Wally added a coat of polyurethane to my hardwood floors prior to my family moving into the house.

Walter is nice, experienced, and professional. He is very friendly and confortable to talk with. He tried hard to find the floors that was matching the rest of the area in the house. He also did fixing/replacing/adding all missing or broken moldings. It took little bit more time than I expected (because it was Thanksgiving season), and little bit over my budget, but all the floors he installed are so beautiful. I really love and enjoy the new floors.
Description of Work: Install hardwood floors: three bedrooms, hallway, stairs, living room, entrance area, and 5 closets.

From estimate to installation everything went well. He also did our floor installation 20 years ago. Experienced. All he does is hardwood floors

They came on time and they worked with our schedule. They worked with our contractor in terms of timing. They came when they were supposed to and told us what we needed to do. We would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We used Floss Hardwood Floors to put new hardwood in the kitchen and they redid the hardwood in the dining room.
