I interviewed several companies, and Charlie from Twisted Tree called to set up a time for my estimate . He showed up on time. He gave me a price while he was here. After much consideration, I decided to hire Twisted Tree. Iâ ve been around logging/tree removal most if my life. This was a family owned company, and I felt that Charlie was a straight shooter, No up-sales, or nonsense. He understood what I needed . He showed ip ON TIME , he and Jimmy got to work right away after assessing the situation, how much to cut, where they would drop the treesâ ¦ then Charlie walked around my property and pointed out a few pines that were 100â +/- and very rotted. had one of them fallen it likely would have landed on my house. I was on a budget, but could clearly see the tree needed to come down. So they worked efficiently, carefully and with good communication between the ground and bucket. The job was done.. Neatly and completely. Charlie taught me about a few tree I had planned on taking down, and explained they would be very nice healthy trees. I was grateful. Charlie and Jimmy were both great. Super personalities, Charlie more than willing to answer any questions, his team were extraordinarily friendly and reassuring. I would hire them again in a minute. And have shared my experience with my friends also. In my opinion, knowledgeable, on time, fairly priced.. friendly and reliable. May be a company that isnâ t driving a huge fleet of trucks, but I couldnâ t have asked for a better job, or team. I highly recommend Twisted Tree! ð

Did good clean up

Charlie and his crew were incredible. They went beyond the scope of the work we hired them for, such as rakiing and removing at least three years of leaves and debris. I've been recommending them all over the place not just for their work but for being an absolute, positive pleasure to work with! I'll never use another tree service!

The cutting down of the tree by climbing into the tree. Branches where chipped and logs where cut to length for fireplace. Logs will have to be split. I plan to sell the wood.

They climbed the tree with a harness and ropes. Had several chain saws. I would definitely use them again. Even my dog Roscoe watched them.

Charlie was fast to respond to my inquiry. Communicative and quick to set up time to check out my trees and gave me a formal estimate on the spot. I was able to get him to come the next week to take down a dead ash tree and dying maple. He also trimmed a weeping cherry tree while he was here for a reasonable additional cost. Charlie and James removed both trees, chipped them up and left the chips and wood chunks at a designated spot on my property. They cleaned up and the property looked like it had before the trees were removed. Highly recommend Twisted Tree -- highly professional and responsive and the pricing was fair.

Had two large stumps grinded

Previously fired someone who did some tree work for me due to their unprofessionalism, Twisted Tree was recommended by Angi's list. This family owned company is absolutely amazing!!!! Their service and professionalism was absolutely outstanding!!! They went over and above with the removal of my tree stump! They trimmed my trees, grinded the tree stump, conquered a monstrosity of a bush that went all the way to the neighbors yard where a wasp nest made their home! ! (Mind you this is a service they don't do). But they did it in excellence!!! They have the equipment to grind the brush from the trees and bush! And they cleaned up the yard!!! They are very knowledgeable of their skill! And it was just fantastic meeting this family! What a blessing Twisted Tree has been!!! I will definitely recommend them for your tree service needs. They were very reasonable in price and even if they weren't their work speaks for them! They truly deserve top dollar! This family owned business is a keeper in my books! I guarantee you will be highly pleased!!!

Twisted Tree is a fantastic company. Professional timely. Family owed. Two very large trees fell across my lawn resulting from the powerful electric storm. One tree fell across my chain link fence. I called. They answered promptly. Charlie came and did a walk-through of my property and was able to give me a reasonably priced estimate, based on the work needed. He called in his army of Twisted Tree workers and very promptly they arrived to get the job done. My lawn quickly changed from a disaster area to being nicely cleaned. Thanks to Charlie and the Twisted Tree family!!! I highly recommend this wonderful company.

Timely response. The crew knew what they were doing, cut up and removed a seriously large tree that had fallen. Not a wood chip was left after they cleaned up. Their price was reasonable and Charles did a walk through with me and made recommendations for treating other trees. They are a family owned business and deserve our support.
