Ken made a very good recommendation for a lighting supplier. Ken was communicative throughout my project and also brought to my attention a seriously degraded electrical panel which he replaced.

Very nice man who worked diligently to get the job done. Reasonable cost too.

After playing phone tag a bit, Ken came and worked quickly and efficiently. He was able to install the track lighting without making holes in the wall. The lighting works great and there is even a dimmer which we hadn't expected. I would definitely hire him again. Plus, he really liked our dog.

If you are thinking of having Palladino install a generator, I would give it serious consideration. It took three months, he has a problem responding to phone calls, text messages, a tooth pulling drama from this guy. At the end of one of his final wiring stages, he tried to stiff me. I may be old, but not old enough to know when I am being stiffed. He asked for a final down payment. He waited in his truck while I checked my records. Needless to say, he made a fast exit. Everything was already paid in full. And, in the end, after our recent outage, the generator ran with a very strong exhaust odor. Today my LP company came by for adjustments. All were to regulation. In further communication with GENERAC, the basic conversion from natural gas to LP, was never made by Palladino. I believe he needs more training. This is a basic first step installation. I did question Palladino about this. He was not sure, but would come out and make any necessary adjustments. He never returned. Dealing with this character is an ordeal. Do yourself a favor, find a real generator professional!!

Ken was a nice guyâ ¦very personable and seemed knowledgeable when he came the first time after a FaceTime apt. to see the scope of the job. However, his son did 3 outlets and then they left. After that he canceled 2 times, letting me know by text about an hour AFTER he was due to be there. I spoke to him about being concerned that he had not gotten there yet . My job was time-sensitive, which he was aware of from the beginning. Ken then assured me he would be there from 10:30-4:30 the next day and would â have the lights on by the end of day. I decided to trust that. The next day there was no Ken, no call, no textâ ¦.no show.

Ken responded quickly for our needs. When Ken came to our house to do his quote he explained everything very thoroughly. He got the quote back to us very quickly. When he got to work his work was very thorough and he explained what he was doing every step of the way. Ken is very neat cleaning up after himself everyday. I would recommend Ken Palladino Electric to anyone that needs work done.

Ken has been the most helpful professional contractor I have encountered. I have been renovating a home and he has been a steady presence throughout the process. He has been helpful from day one, knows how to clearly communicate what the job is and what to expect. He is professional, courteous, and is a genuinely nice guy. I never had to wonder if he would show up when a task needs to be completed, he is as reliable as they come. He re-wired my entire house and did it in the exact timeline he said he would. His rates are totally fair and comparable to other quotes I received. Iâ m very lucky he was available for my project and would recommend hiring him for any electrical work.

Ken and his son did great work --- installed 11 recessed lighting fixtures, added switches, installed a bathroom fan, fixed an interrupted circuit, and replaced a weather head on the front of the house. They worked fast and clean, and took the time to answer any and all questions. Would definitely hire Ken again.

Ken waz great to work with. My only issue was with the Angi message app as it seemed to lose my responses if they were simple "yes" type replies sent immediately after a message was sent to me. Oddly enough both times i recieved a "Thanks for using Home Advisor" message

Job started but not finished properly after work was completed and invoice fully paid the contractor ghosted we discovered some outlets and base board heater not working contractor has not returned to finish the job.
