Though we had to reschedule, Bib was good about keeping me updated with the new date when the work was going to be completed. The job was a bit tricky (the tank wasn't the easiest to locate & access), but the guys kept at it and kept me up to date on what was happening. They completed it and everything is back on track.

Bob was very prompt at contacting me initially, and was able to schedule me in for the following week. We arranged a time for 9:30am, and I got a call at 9:15 saying he was running behind and would be there a little later. I really appreciated that he contacted me. He showed up exactly as promised, and he and Tim got right to work, They were both very friendly, and worked efficiently. He gave me information on how to maintain the septic tank to keep it operating in good condition. I would highly recommend them to others.

no fuss no muss so to speak. came on day scheduled and kept me advised of when they would arrive that day. i had already located and exposed tank which moved this along. guy that came got right to work and it was done. price certainly seemed fair. have already recommended to others.
