 + -1 morePrice was way too high at $1295. installer reused the old connecting pipes at the top. Too much bending stretches and thins the metal which will probably cause premature leaking in the near future. New connectors should have been used.

Before contacting Marraccini we had contacted a local plumbing company and they stated that nothing was wrong with our pipes except we didn't have any ventilation. We continued to use the house for another week before we could absolutely no longer even flush our toilet. We then contacted Marraccini for a second opinion. That is when we were told that it was just a clog in the pipe and that it was easily fixed. They were right!! Within a couple hours I had running, and more importantly, draining water! I have never felt more happy to take a shower in my own house! I would use Marraccini again in a heart beat!!
Description of Work: Initially we contacted the Marraccini and described our problem. Maraccini moved the tech's schedule around to be able to come out to our location as soon as posible. This was very helpful because at that point we were unable to use the plumbing in our house. The tech arrived on time and with a smiling face. I showed him what was happening and he stated that he though I had a clogged line and that the solution was to unclog it with his machine. Due to the structure of the house, being built ages ago, the plumbing access was in the basement. This tech hauled a 250lb machine down the narrow stairs to take it into my basement. He then proceeded to fix my problem. Then he hauled this machine up those same nasty stairs. Not once did he complain. He was fantastic at his job. Marraccini has some amazing employees. All that was left was to pay the bill and move back into our house!

 + -1 moreI decided on this company because they have been in my town for 30 yrs and they do know their stuff. The only problem was the bill. Here is the breakdown: Dispatch $ 60.00 Standard Service Call Snake line from outside Labor $237.00 Difficulty Level 1 Total $ 297.00 I would not use this company again because I believe their pricing is too high for 30 minutes of work. But if you happen to be lucky enough to afford this company in today's economy I would recommend them.
Description of Work: Called to have my sewer snaked. They arrived within 20 minutes and were gone in less than 30 minutes. They snaked the sewer drain and all was great.
