Description of Work: Never Shows up, or they says the customer canceled, which is not the truth. Don't know how they stay in business. Could not pick a date for someone who never shows up.

+ 0 moreJerry's Appliance is a one man operation and he does sales, installation and repair. We had previously purchased a washer and dryer from him and were happy with the service and price. I needed an air conditioner unit installed for central heat and air. Jerry came out and measured and made a materials list. He called when he had the materials ready and we set a date for the installation. He even offered to do the install on a Sunday as that was the only day I had off. The installation went smoothly and quickly. He made sure I was satisfied with the work and made sure I understood how the unit operates. He also made sure the area looked good when he finished. He tested everything and even asked my wife if she was happy with it. I am very happy with his knowledge and work. While he was at my home, I asked him to listen to our dish washer and give us an estimate on a repair. He gladly checked it out and gave us the options. Since then, we have purchased a dish washer from him and it should be installed next week. Jerry is always very friendly and helpful.
Description of Work: I needed an air conditioner unit installed for central heat and air. Jerry came out and measured and made a materials list. He called when he had the materials ready and we set a date for the installation. The unit was placed on a pad he had purchased. He then ran the copper lines from the furnace to the unit outside and soldered all the connections. He then wired the unit into the electrical circuit. He charged the unit and tested for leaks. He then verified the thermostat, furnace and air conditioner all worked properly.
