Hardesty's General Repair

Price was right. They came and replaced the unit and promised it would be up and running that day. Electrician could not make it until 4 hours after the installation and then did not have the right part so my unit was down for over 27 hours. I had to request them to clean and repaint my bracket that the unit was on. I also had to request them to run a new water line. If I was not here to supervise this work I would have not been too happy with the finished product.

We agreed on a price and to be done in 3 days, it took 3 weeks. It turned out awful. They sent a guy out to fix it, he is the one that did it. He said he didn't know how he was going to fix it. There was glue smears, holes and gaps. I told him that I wanted a piece of paper saying what they were going ot do to make it right and how much/how long it was going to take. I got nothing from them. They told us they would be out Tuesday, the don't show up. I called and they told me that they had an emergency. They called on Friday and told us that they wanted to make it right. They raised the bill $1500, he felt bad and discounted it $1000, so now we are at $1900. We haven't paid them yet, they did such an awful job. It is horrible. It looks like the ceiling is going to fall through. It has gotten to the point where I have contacted the Contractors Board over it. They never showed up on time, they would leave without telling us they were leaving, they would say there was emergencies to where they had to leave after being there for only 15 minutes.
