He showed up; didn't even check the dryer. Went completely by what I told him was happening. Required me to pay 139.95 for the service call and said he'd order a part. A week later I still didn't hear from him, so began calling. Finally after 3 calls I got through and he said he had to go pick up a part. I didn't hear from him again. I began calling and called everyday for about 2 weeks until his message phone was full. Finally I got through three weeks later by letting the phone ring about 40 times. He said he had the part and would be at my home in a few days. He installed the part, charged me another $35 for the part. Turned on the dryer and left. It stopped working about 2 hours later. I called him and haven't heard back. Tried to call again, no answer. He said he guarantees his work for 90 days. My dryer still doesn't work. I feel like he showed up, took my money and skipped. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

This is a one man appliance repair company. I got his number from Samsung as thier approved repair service center in our area. After getting the referral I called him because my newer front loading washing machine was not spinning and draining. He explained it was the drain pump and we made an appointment to have it fixed, I asked the cost and he said 139.00. Two days later he shows up and takes five minutes putting the pump in..it worked fine and I was happy to have my washing machine back. He handed me the bill and it was 285.00!!! I was shocked and he was indifferent. I was angry but I paid him. After he left I called around to other repair and parts stores. The pump for my washer is priced at 52.00!! I called him and told him what I had found out and he was rude and told me he could charge whatever he wanted...the 139.00 he had quoted me was only for the visit. I cannot believe this crook is representing Samsung...if they only knew!!
